Wonderful experience. Great food from a family owned Italian American family who are all very deeply concerned about the experience you have at their restaurant. The veal is delicious and the halibut looked spectacular. Both specials of the day. The staff was friendly and courteous throughout the meal. If you have the opportunity to stop and eat here. Take it. You will not be disappointed and if it’s not right please let them know before you leave and they will do everything they can to make your experience a wonderful one. I found the proprietor, who was also our waiter extremely accommodating, curteous and helpful. I was provided raw clams as per request although they were not on the menu. All food was cooked to our specifications.
The only shortcoming was the ambiance. We were celebrating our annerversary with two other adults. As we were making a toast, a family of ( 3 adults and 4 small children) were seated next to us with much commotion.
Consideration was not exercised by the management as to our desire to enjoy our meal in peace. When we asked to relocate with little observance or disruption we were handled with graceful and apologetic expertise.
All in all a wonderful time was had at this restaurant which exceeds in every way the demands of the area it serves.

I wish there were more stars to give! Land and Sea in Saugerties was absolutely incredible! It felt like we walked into a loved ones home. We were greeted warmly and treated like family. The bread was fresh and hot, the wine selection was well thought out and displayed. Now for the entrees… We had two adult entrees and one kids entree…
•The kids Mac n cheese was incredible! Perfectly cooked penne and homemade 3 cheese sauce. •The adult Mac n cheese was absolutely delicious! Great flavors of sharp cheeses with bacon and shallots was just incredible.
•The Delmonico steak (ordered medium) was cooked perfectly and had such a great flavor to the meat and the garlic seasoning was just enough to accentuate the steak’s flavor. Ordered house-made shoestring cut fries with the steak and they were so good!
I cannot speak highly enough about our experience here!!!! We will definitely be back again!

Great find off the thruway! Portions are generous. We had the pork chops and schnitzel. Prices are pretty reasonable when you consider that you get a salad and a potato side (baked, garlic mash or french fries). French Onion soup was very good. Will definitely return. I tend to look at everyone’s food around me and I will say the steak portions were large and looked like they were correctly cooked (i.e. not overcooked).

We made reservations and we were seated right away.The atmosphere was warm and cozy.staff was very attentive ! Fresh water in a bottle ,enough for us all.The food was arrived hot and cooked exactly as ordered and we All enjoyed our dining experience!!They even sang the Happy Birthday song with a candle lit slice of delicious cheese cake!

Decent steakhouse. Skip the NY strip theirs wasn’t impressive. The filet mignon was though; perfectly cook and tender with flavor to spare. Drinks are on the small side; sangria is very good though. This is basically an old house, so don’t expect much for ambiance.
