Want here a few days ago and my Carmel shake and clumps in it to the point I couldn’t eat it. The young gentleman who made it opened the Carmel bag with the metal spout and I had plastic in my shake. He spilt all over the outside of the cup and handed it to me. It was very disappointing. This is not the only time something has happened but the first time I have made a review.
