If you havent been to the Lamp Post in Benkelman Nebraska, you need to go there. They have homemade breakfast burritos, muffins, cookies, and special lunches a couple times a week.
Today was nachos or tacos and I tell you, the nachos were perfect amount and he added the right amount of jalapeños so it was just the perfect spice for me!
And their coffees, so good! If you get an extra shot, may wanna ask for a bit more flavor, but other than that, everything I have had their is spectacular and makes me smile and my belly happy.
They are great people with amazing hearts. Hit them up for your morning breakfast and coffee or a steak burrito (when he has them available) for lunch or their special lunch for the day.
