First time visiting & no wait getting seated. Wait was to get a waitress. Thx heaven finally one recognized we had not been helped & offered. She was dynamite & so sweet. Salad bar was so crisp & fresh, wonderful.

3 out of 3 times we’ve gone the service is so slow, the food taste like it’s straight out of a box and the price is way to high for the quality of the food. We waited over a hour for food and even the french fries tasted horrible. My husband was sick all night after he ate. I didn’t eat half my food and Noone out of 11 people we was with had nothing good to say.

It took a long time to get seated, food took even longer and was cold. My daughter’s steak was overcooked, my baked potato had a bug in it, and my brother’s and mother’s catfish was bad. The owner came out and argued with us stating that ” he has been cooking for 40 years, he tasted our catfish and that’s how it is supposed to taste. The reason the food took so long is because it was mother’s day “. Our response was if it’s cooked to order then why was it cold when it got to our table? The catfish was still slimy under the breading. Bonner’s is a much better choice, but unfortunately, not open on Sunday.

This was a first-time visit. We ordered the fried catfish. What you get are 2small fish and one large fish. The small fish was way over cooked so you got nothing eatable from those so you end up with 1 fish. So that is about 2 good bites. The hushpuppies are doughy in the middle no flavor. Baked potatoe and salad were OK. Waitress was pleasant and attentive. The table is stuck half way under the bar so you are cramed in a walkway. I was not impressed with the restaurant. I think the main attraction for this place is they serve alcohol. I don’t think we will be back.

The ladies were very friendly and helpful and we loved the smaller portions menu! I had grilled grouper with a sweet potato on the side and a salad and my daughter had grilled salmon and steamed broccoli. It was so good and the view outside was gorgeous!!

Great place, great food, great service. We came up by jet ski and didn’t realize you had to have a shirt and shoes to enter so we just sat outside , it was a beautiful day

The food was ok. We picked it as a place we Hadden been on the way back from Monticello. I think if you are out at the water or camping, it would be great. We probably should have kept it on the simpler side. Would go again but not out of my way for it.

This place is a joke!!! We had reservations made by Tiffany for 15 people and the manager said he fired her because they don’t allow reservations yet didn’t notify us.We called when we were five minutes out and we’re told they would notify Tiffany we were almost there. If the manager would have been nicer about it, we would have waited. He looked me in the face and said “while you were sitting in your home others were waiting.” I responded and told him we were on the water the entire time. He was NASTY along with his hostess. They will never get our buisness again!
