We visited this restaurant and brewery for lunch on a Friday. We sat at the bar. The food menu was extensive. I ended up with the Coney Island Dog (a true foot long hotdog covered in house made chili and red onions) and my wife ordered a cup of clam chowder and a pasta dish. All of the food was excellent. We also ordered two flights of beer. The beer was hit and miss. The best beer by far was the Greedy Squirrel Peanut Butter Brown Ale but the Clouded Judgement Hazy IPA and the Harry Man Porter were also good. I had high hopes for the Cocoa Pow Chocolate Chili Stout but it seemed all heat and no real flavor. I would have liked more sweetness to it. Overall, this was a great lunch spot and would definitely come again.

Fairly large patio for outdoor dining. Inside dining room has quite a few tables and they can also open sections of the wall that lead to the patio. So if the weather is nice this is a good spot for lunch or dinner.
Our waitress was very sweet and friendly. She kept the timing right, kept our glasses full and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
Everyone in my group liked their meals. Plus, I gotta say that was some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. So damn good!

My food was fantastic! My waitress was awesome. I had their brew called the Beachin’ Blonde Ale, it was a good beer. I appreciate a good Old Fashioned and they nailed it. I will be back

James (hope I’m remembering his name correctly) our server was superb…the beers and food hit the spot, but the view…excellent…could’ve sat there all day! We enjoyed hanging out on the patio, people & dog watching. For newbies tho, maybe you should have a HUGE sign that says, seat yourself…LOL we, along with others, walked around like idiots looking for the host stand.

Eating outside with intermittent light rain is an interesting experience. But it may be your only option when the weather is iffy and part of your party has a dog. Fish & Chips. She wasn’t sure about the breading as far as dairy goes but didn’t seem willing to inquire. So on this slightly chilly day I decided to stick with Bread bowl chili. It was solid. Only two stalls in the restroom but clean.

We had a lovely time. Food was yummy and reasonably priced. The lake view is pretty. We’d gladly go back. I enjoyed the blue bacon burger and the onion rings were crispy. Our server was really friendly and we got a free beer because it was happy hour!

It was a challenge to find a spot for our group of approx 50 in town for a hockey tournament, but Matt offered us the upstairs room at Lakeside and it was the perfect space for our group. Our servers James and Savannah did a fantastic job keeping track of parents/players orders and their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Between our group we must have sampled almost the entire menu and the comments on the food were overwhelmingly positive. My only regret is playing it safe with another burger instead of giving the footlong a chance.

We did two flights and grilled cheese with fries. The food was good (I know it’s hard to mess up grilled cheese). The beer was really good too. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The bartender was really nice, it was fun chatting with him. This is a place we will come back to.

Great service 2 times we were there. Fish and chips are tasty and the DL chicken is amazing. Tenders for kids are a favorite.
