First time going here and was blown away from the great food. Our waiter Jose was very helpful, friendly , and attentive . Lots of items on the menu, would highly recommend the Crepes, Eggs Benedict, and Chorizo omelette!

Best place in the area by far, traveling for work and this place felt like home. Amazing food, best corned beef hash I’ve ever had, it’s real corned beef!
The chicken and dumplings were delicious and the service was pleasant and warm. Whenever I’m in the area, this will be my destination for my breakfast!!

The Pecan Banana Pancakes were almost too pretty to eat, and they tasted as good as they looked! Bacon was perfect, nice and crispy, and the hash-browns were tasty with cheese and onions on top. The service was wonderful and friendly, I was quite impressed!

Solid club sandwich; crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce, juicy tomato. Seasoned waffle fries nicely cooked. Toast was a bit soggy. Chicken dumpling soup was a bit too salty.
Tacky & cheap decor, but kept nice & clean. Staff was polite and service with a smile, but I had to ask for refills on water.

I had eggs Benedict with a fresh fruit bowl. It was the perfect sized serving as well as delicious. I very much appreciated the fresh fruit, not thawed, frozen fruit, but nice fresh fruit. My friend had the Gyro sandwich which was huge and he took part of it home, but he said it was really good also. I think our total bill for the two of us plus each had a cup of coffee was around $35

We were aware of this place for awhile but didn’t stop to eat till now. Pleasantly surprised, the interior felt a little outdated, but not terrible. That’s my only negative though, the staff was friendly and attentive. Our server was a very nice, my husband asked for recommendations and he gladly talked about the menu and what he really thought was best.
The food was fast, fresh and tasted great.
It was calm and relaxing while we ate. It was very clean and comfortable, tables with chairs as well as booths to pick from. We visited around 11am, there were about 1/3 of the tables in use, and everyone was greeted quickly, and given the same service we received.
Bathrooms were clean too, plenty of parking. We are regulars at Kowabunga Comics nextdoor, so we’ll be adding Lake House Cafe to our visits.
Today we tried the Friday fish fry (Perch), got 3 good sized pieces of fish, came with a cup of soup or salad, choice of potato, a roll and coleslaw. Our server said on Fridays you also get a free beer with a fish fry, but I declined. We also had a corn beef hash with scrambled eggs and hash browns.

Great breakfast here. The service was outstanding! I had the super meat supreme omelet, which was really good. The hash browns that came with the omelet could have been cooked a bit more.

Had lunch with friend. Server (ezmerelda sp?)was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Food was quick and order correct. We stayed and talked and never felt rushed. Prices not bad either.

Servers were very nice and chicken soup was very good and seemed homemade. Table a bit dirty and sticky when we were seated. All 4 of us enjoyed the food. Chocolate pancakes, Turkey avocado wrap, and el charro breakfast burrito were all Hot, tasty, and made to otder. Waitress was absent most of meal but did a good job. Really liked the cash option. Highly recommend this place and hope it stays consistent.
