Absolutely love coming to this chain, everything on the menu is fantastic. The pricing is extremely fair and the portions are huge. I really appreciate how everything is made fresh in house, the sauce, bread, lasagna and meatballs. The family feast special is a great deal to feed the family and still have leftovers. And do not forget to try the garlic bread! That’s just unbeatable. If you get a chance to venture to any of their other locations try the their beef sandwich, that’s my favorite.

I changed my rating because the final charge was the amount we had discussed so THANK YOU and I acknowledge and appreciate the promptness
I called my order in and asked for the half gallon of spaghetti and garlic bread she informed me about the family feast including that and a large soda and sub sandwich when I asked how much she said $36.50 after taxes so I agreed picked up my order got home about 25mins drive and after we eat the wonderful food I got on my banking app……. $45.63 was charged by La Gondola’s!!!! What in the world am I being charged over $9 for when I picked up my order so no delivery charges…. I’m confused and I will be contesting the amount you charged too!! This is crazy

I am a doordasher and asked for silverware per a customer’s request. The manager came up to me and said they do not modify orders after they’ve been bagged. I said I just needed silverware because the customer asked for it through the app. He said that the customer needed to request it through the app then. All over silverware. He continued to lecture me and another woman said they put it in the bag even though it said not to. I said thank you to the woman who handed me the order and told me it was in the bag while he was still lecturing me. I told him, “sir I didnt think it would be that big of a deal since you could just hand it to me instead of reopening the bag.” He continued lecturing me so I said “thank you sir have a great day” twice as he was now yelling at me as i was leaving. He then told another employee to add me to the block list. I later called to express to him that I did not mean any harm and apologize. He called me a spoiled brat and told me to get a job. All of this over PLASTIC SILVERWARE. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Thankfully when contacting doordash support they let me know that this has happened several times and he would be removed from their system.

I have NEVER been a karen before today. Story time: i ordered lagondola via doordash and they forgot my garlic bread. I tried asking for a refund thru doordash and they refused because there were too many complaints about missing items from this store. So i decided to call the store to see about just driving there to get it. The guy who answered (found out it was the owner) argued saying that it was in the bag and asked if the bag was sealed. I said yes and he told me that the doordasher took pictures and saw everything was in the bag. I told him how would the dasher know it was in the bag if it was sealed and he proceeded to tell me it was there and that i needed to contact doordasher bcuz it was their problem. After more of him arguing with me and his wife yapping in the background and how if it was still sealed blah blah blah and the dashers are known for stealing blahblahblah. I finally got angry and said they can either give me a refund or the food. He yelled and said i could go back for the garlic bread but that im being put on “the list”. I went there still angry as can be and told them i was here to pick up my bread. I just expect no words but those and to get my bread and ill be happy again (dont mess with a girl and her food) but both owners argued saying it was doordashers fault and they wont refund because too many people were “scamming” the restaurant saying they were shorted stuff and it wasnt their problem. I got karen angry and told them that i was never going back there because of the awful interaction i had with them. The owner says ” thats ok because i have your name and your being added to the block list”. I stormed out of there after mire arguing and as i was both owners were yelling and arguing with me still about how it was doordash problem. I used to love lagondola but after the interaction today from such horrible people i will NEVER go back. If a bussiness has so many complaints about missing items then maybe YOU are the problem.

I normally love this place! But today I ordered a child’s spaghetti which came with a half loaf of bread. My only issue today is the lack of sauce vs pasta. There was barely enough sauce to cover the pasta much less dip that bread in.
