I have ordered from other LaGondola locations. This is by far the worst! I ordered a beef and cheese with no bread (my normal order) $12.71.. I open it at home and there is almost nothing in the container. I called to complain and the manager stated she could remake it but it would look the same. I went and got my money back. I told her if she put that on the bread it wouldn’t even be presentable. I’m not going back to that location. I ordered from a different lagondola, mind you they are all owned by the same person, and bomb beef and cheese The manager was not very nice and didn’t seem to care about the situation ♀️ The first picture is Creve Coeur. What a difference and a disgrace to the business. Maybe do better next time (just won’t be for me)!
Update.. they waited 3 months to reply.. they do not weigh the portions the same. Bartonville confirmed and said they’ve had many complaints about Creve Coeur so ♀️

Great portions for the price, the half gallon of spaghetti with garlic bread and cinnamon bread was fantastic, I added cheese to the spaghetti, icing for the cinnamon bread and got parmesan on the side, I received everything fast as well and could not be happier

I called to place an order and the lady who took My order was extremely rude when I asked about the total. I asked if She had a total on My order and snidely say no. My girlfriend went to pick up the order and confronted the lady who says She is the manager and was rude again. I will NEVER order from here again. Next time I’ll drive the extra 2 miles and go to Avantis.

Used to come here as a kid and love the food. Now its so skimpy. Advertising 3 torpedoes for $25 but one deluxe and one regular is $28? Wth? And the deluxe is the same as the regular was just loaded with more lettuce! I wont be back.

Last 3 times has been a mess. Weeks ago got bread that almost seemed raw. Couple weeks ago got bread that was like it was old and it was crumbling and today got a gondola that seem bread was made a few days ago and left out and my garlic bread is half burned and kinda undone

The bread is great, however, torpedo should have some substance..I have never had a problem before but whole torpedo with 5 slices of salami and 3 4×1 strips of ham….very disappointed.cookies. hmm. Had to take home and bake for 8 mins. Pretty much raw.

The bread is the softest and I ordered two loaves of bread and it never disappoints. They bake it fresh every day and it is so good. Plus I grew up on this place!! Walk don’t run go grab a torpedo or a family feast and you will forever love this place!! The family that runs this are also pretty humble and family focused!! shop local

Didn’t seem very welcoming! Wasn’t givin any silverware and when I asked for some I was given one although there was two of us. I didn’t feel comfortable going up to ask to order a drink because I already felt like I was bothering them for even dining in! Will not be dining in again any time soon!
On the plus side though.. Food was good as always but they didn’t have any regular bread only garlic bread! So for my torpedo and my boyfriends meatball sandwich they were both served on garlic bread but honestly it wasn’t that big of a deal considering I love their garlic bread!
