This place brought me back to my childhood. Dim sum was fresh and hot. Sweet and sour chicken was fresh with thick pieces of white meat chicken. Even had fresh French fries for picky eaters like my child. Authentic and fresh thank you ladies

Compared to many restaurants in New York that look fancy but serve small portions at high prices, this place is truly a gem! The food is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. Although it’s just a small and simple-looking spot, you can really feel the honesty and sincerity of the owners. Nothing flashy — just authentic, down-to-earth dishes. I’ll definitely be coming back often. Highly recommended!

Such a local hidden gem!! There’s this chicken dish with shrimp inside, and another pork belly dish with salted egg yolk.

Came in for their version of five spices goose. The taste and sauce is amazing. The sauce is thick like a jello. Restaurant seems to be family run. Goose would have been even better if simmered in low fire longer. Portion is huge.

The place may not have the service, but the food portion is generous and prices are very reasonable. There are many fancy dish pictures on the wall, but I only got the simple dishes from the extensive menu. The taste is on par with other restaurants.

Ended up finding Lady Chow by accident when our previous dinner plans fell through, and we are so happy they did. We were able to sit very quickly because it was just two of us and we got our order in within 15 minutes of sitting. The restaurant feels homey and the food is cooked with care and experience. The 5 spice duck and the ginger chicken were moist and flavorful and the shrimp dumplings are well worth the wait.

What a hidden gem in NYC Chinatown! The 豉汁排骨蒸陈村粉 was cooked to perfection, the steamed rice rolls were silky smooth and smooth and the pork ribs on top were savory and delicious. Highly recommended! How much I wish I could find something as good in London.

A very UNPLEASANT visit.
The server gave us a wrong dish and refused to refund, giving the reason that “you have tasted it (the dish we didn’t ask for) ”. However, the fact is – we ordered the Chencun flour 陈村粉 but they served the Chow Fun 某种炒粉. We never had Chencun flour before (it’s quite rare to see) so didn’t immediately realize they gave the wrong dish, but when we found, they refused to refund it.

This is the most ridiculous thing that I’ve heard of. You never admit/apologize for the mistake and why I should pay for a dish that I never asked for?
