This place was amazing. I had some errands to run and had seen the sign for this place and knew I needed to try it.
We ordered the Cambodian Meat Skewer Box, Sesame Chili Noodle, and Go-Licious Salad.

Ordered and ate entirely too much food because it all looks, and more importantly, tastes delicious! Ordered the #1 with an extra meat skewer so that I could try all 3 different options. The beef was my favorite. The egg rolls are smaller than what you would get in a Chinese restaurant, so order many because they are super crunchy and delicious. Also, DO NOT skip the spring rolls. They are super good. Best in the area by far. Just so you know: “Golden Sauce” is a vinegary, sweet, and tangy condiment made in house that goes well on just about everything.
The owner (Mary?) and her adorable mother make everything themselves and their skill and care show in every bite. Will be back often to this Thai (I apologize, it’s actually Vietnamese and Cambodian) gem in Warsaw. Conveniently located just south of SR 30. Sadly, she is closing this location before the new year begins. Since, Hurry over and try it before it’s gone!

We decided to try Lady Apsara after a friend of ours recommended it. Why did it take us so long to try this delicious and delightful Vietnamese and Cambodian restaurant! Everything was absolutely delicious! I love that you can taste the fresh herbs and spices! The homemade sauces are a great touch. We have never tried dry pho before, and it was amazing! The fresh springs rolls are packed, the go- luscious salad portion was great, and the green thai tea was spot on! Spring rolls weren’t overly, friend, and the bahn mi perfect! Lots of spice when we wanted it! You could tell the clear pho broth was fresh and never frozen. Becky and Mary checked on us, and we’re absolutely great! Becky explained how to totally take in the flavors of the dishes, which we really appreciated! We drove an hour to get there and will gladly do it again!

I recently tried Lady Apsara Take Out — Cambodian & Vietnamese Street Food. Lady Apsara is a family-owned and operated restaurant with minimal seating inside. It operates primarily, as its name states, as a take-out venue. The exterior of Lady Apsara looks like a small house on the westside of State Road 15, just past Jimmy John’s but well-before Buffalo Wild Wings.

I went with a friend. I had the…

BUDDHA SHRIMP NOODLE W/ CHICKEN
Extra large shrimp, wide rice noodle in sriracha sauce with carrots, peppers and egg. *Choice beef or chicken to add to the noodle stir fry.

I also had a lychee Sprite to drink. My friend had Lady Apsara’s GO-LICIOUS Salad…

GO-LICIOUS SALAD
Vietnamese rice noodle salad has fresh lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts and home style pickled veggies with a “zingy” dressing. Comes with grilled pork, shrimp and pork egg rolls.

He had a Thai Tea with his meal. The salad looked really great, and I may get that next time. However, I really enjoyed my Buddha Shrimp Noodle dish, and it turned into two meals. It’s a lot, and heavy — I only ate half for lunch and took the rest home for dinner later that evening.

I have been told since I visited, that I need to try their Bahn Mi and their excellent Dry Pho. I’ve never heard of dry Pho before, but I’m curious to try — it’s called Vietnamese Pho Kho on their menu and is described as follows:

VIENTAMESE PHO KHO
Experience the full chew of the rice noodles, the crunch of the fresh veggies, and savoryness of the special sauce all in one bite. Take a sip of the broth served on the side and take your tastebuds on an adventure you will want time and time again.

Before ultimately ordering the Buddha Noodles, I almost went their skewers…

KHMER CHICKEN, BEEF OR PORK BOX
2 Skewers of your choice, served with hainanese rice topped with crispy shallots and scallions. On the side we have 2 pork egg rolls, sweet and sour, pickle veggies, and the golden sauce.

Also, while we were there. A mother and daughter picked up takeout, and they ordered one of everything from the menu to take back to their family waiting at a summer cottage on Tippecanoe Lake. They walked out with ten drinks and at least five plastic bags ready to bust with takeout boxes.

I highly recommend checking out Lady Apsara. Try their wonderful offerings and support the family-owned and operated local business.

*Four of the photos were taken with my phone, another was taken by my friend, and I pulled the sixth image from Lady Apsara’s Facebook page. The Buddha Noodles, GO-LICIOUS Salad, lychee Sprite and Thai Tea

I was in town for a few days for work, and had to resist the urge to eat there every night. So tasty and super friendly service.

Creeping to 4.3 ⭐️ and I’ll lay it down for you…
On business in Warsaw, IN, I’m ready to try familiar cuisines in unfamiliar places. This one has very good reviews so I check them out. Now I’m not rating them for dine-in because I did take out. It is a small but decent setting while looks to be a very small house converted into a “restaurant”.
On with the show… very limited menu with only 2 Pho options. I chose the number 1 option. Now I really enjoy Pho and I’ve tried different places in different states. I guess the great reviews come in at the lack of Pho restaurants in the area. While it was a good portion size bowl, it had too many noodles and could’ve used just alittle more meat, cilantro and basil. Having 2 pieces of shrimp made me giggle a bit. The flavors were there and the broth tasted really good as well.
I also ordered spring rolls and a sugar cane drink with lemon and ginger. The spring rolls were good and big but it was because it was packed with noodles (again). It also had bits of cucumber which I’ve never had in a spring roll but I didn’t care for it, so I removed them. The ‘homemade’ peanut sauce was more of a paste texture but it was just ok – and it didn’t have pieces of peanuts which I’m used to seeing/having.
The sugar cane drink was ok and also very small for a $7 drink. The lemon was too strong and overpowered the already weak sugar cane taste and the ginger was nonexistent. Overall, it’s has potential and offer great service but not hitting a homerun just yet.

I have eaten at many vietnamese restaurants. The food here is hands down the best I’ve had. Broth is out of this world! I tried to beef pho and the Saigon chicken. Both are absolutely wonderful! The spring rolls and skewers are second to none! I would drive an hr and half to have this!

Amazing food! Always fresh and absolutely delicious!! Friendly owner and staff. It’s been on my craving list lately. I’m so happy that I don’t need to drive so far to Fort Wayne for some Vietnamese food anymore. I can order it here now.

Wow, just wow! Finally a Pho place in Warsaw. The Beef Pho was fantastic, also had shrimp and meatballs in it. Will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. Was pleasantly surprised that there was room for dining in too. Wish you the best of luck.

This is the best food in Warsaw by a mile! My family and I just picked up an order for takeout and all ordered different things. Everything we ordered was phenomenal and very fresh. The egg rolls are awesome. We tried the skewers, banh mi, and the sesame noodles and there wasn’t a single complaint. The person inside was very friendly as well. I can’t praise this enough!!
