Awesome new food truck!! The kalua tacos & smoked meat are standouts, as well as the slushies. I will definitely be a regular for breakfast & lunch. Located in the Na’alehu farmers market.

Delicious find!! We ate here every day we were in the area, and savored each bite. Lacy’s fish wrap was a meal for two, and leftovers the next day just as good. Her menu changes, and she will work with the ingredients she has to customize.

After a wonderful day exploring Hawaii Volcanoes National Park we took the long and winding drive exploring the island and making our way back towards the hotel. Along the way we stumbled upon Lacy’s food truck and were so thankful to find that they were still open for customers. The food was absolutely spectacular! My favorite meal of the trip! The smoked meat plate lunch was delicious, and totally hit the spot. Beautiful, friendly people serving up some of the best food anywhere. We loved it! Mahalo! Lacy’s food truck is the real deal, especially with their BBQ pulled pork quesadillas, smoked meat and Kalua tacos. The quesadillas is filled with tender pulled pork, smoky sweet BBQ sauce, and gooey melted cheese, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla that melts the mouth! Meanwhile, the Kalua tacos hits the spot every time with is juicy kalua and fresh toppings. My favorite is “Bun’s Smoke Meat” is not easy finding food that reminds you of mama’s home cooked meal but you can definitely get that here. Lacy’s nailed balancing bold flavors and textures, making each dish a standout that’s definitely worth seeking out for a delicious food truck experience.
