Found this place 3 weeks ago we’ve been several times since and every time it’s been some of the best food I’ve ever eaten ever in my life. If there’s one nitpick it’s that two of the times have gone I’ve only gotten one refill on my soda but it’s been one waiter taking care of the whole restaurant plus he was super apologetic about it and very very friendly and helpful.

What a great treat in a small Utah town. What a beautiful town. So glad we chose to visit Laan Thai. Very nice atmosphere. Great service. Delicious food. It was packed when we were leaving.

This place is such a breath of fresh air. One of the best Thai places I’ve been to anywhere. Why we’re lucky enough to have Laan Thai in humble Brigham City is beyond me. Their menu is amazing with so many options, flavor combos, etc. You can eat heavy, you can eat light, you can spend a little, you can spend a lot. Whatever you get, even their takeout, is flavorful quality. The service and atmosphere are excellent, clean, fresh, and inviting. If you like Thai or quality cuisine, you will not be disappointed here.

Stopped here while visiting. Overall very nice dining experience and food was great. Like that you can adjust the amount of spice.

It’s so good to have a restaurant back in this building after being vacant for so long. We’re also excited to have a Thai restaurant right here in our backyard. Everything we had was exceptional, but then again, we love Thai food. All of the curries, stir frys, and noodle dishes we tried were great. The only thing I didn’t care for was the Laab. It seemed more like a salad than an entree. It was cold and was served in a cold sour juice, and all the vegetables that came with it were also served raw. I wish they would have labeled it that way because it doesn’t match the description. But my husband liked it, so it wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting. It’s also nice you can choose your heat level from 1-5. We did a 2, and it was slightly spicy but not unbearable. Might try a 3 next time, but i don’t think I would go higher than that. The service was also very good and the decor is very modern and upscale. Can’t wait to go back and try something different.

The Thai food here was excellent. They have a very extensive range of Thai dishes and should be able to accommodate all the guests that come along with you. Portions were as expected, presentation very nice, and the flavors were wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is the need to work on delivering the dinner entrees all at the same time. Other than that, a great place to eat and experience for some great Thai food offerings.

I am SO happy that Brigham finally has some variety!! The food and ingredients are fresh and served hot and delicious. Best green curry I have ever had, pad Thai is outstanding and the potstickers were flavorful and yummy. Large portions on everything, easily two servings per portion, well worth the price! Outstanding and friendly service. Please check this place out! You’ll be hooked after your first taste!

It’s nice to have some new variety in brigham City. It’s a newly opened restaurant and overall really good. I think they are still getting their feet under them with starting a new place. service was a little slow but very friendly and helpful when available. i think they would do well to hire 1 or 2 other waiters.

The food was good, and they allow you to choose your spice level from a 1 to 5 scale. I chose a 2 and it was pleasant. It’s definitely worth a visit. I will be returning, and hopefully, with some time, they can work out the bottlenecks.

What a gem for authentic Thai. All the greats on the menu with vegetarian options along with all the other proteins. The atmosphere matches the quality and selection of the food.

Take your time and have fun with the menu.

Parking can be confusing or challenging would be my only critical review. Be prepared for no beer as the city won’t let them serve at the time of this review due to some city church related nonsense out of the restaurants control.

Only giving a 3 on service as they needed more help during a busy lunch. The atmosphere was amazing. Being able to see the kitchen was incredible! Everything we ordered was decadent! We started with the starter platter, and you could tell the potstickers and wontons were freshly made. I highly recommend them! The Thai tea was also freshly made, very flavorful. We got the pad see eu, the Thai fried rice, and the pad woonsen they were all freshly made. The heat on all was spot on. Didn’t expect such highly flavored food in Brigham City it is definitely worth the drive.

Update: We returned a few months later and unfortunately it’s not as good as the first. The Thai tea was smaller especially for $5! The egg rolls over cooked and no shrimp it was all batter. Flavor was good on the rest. The service didn’t speak English well which was frustrating when our dessert came out at the same time as lunch. Driving this far for a $70 lunch just isn’t worth it, we’ll go to the Thai in Roy from now on.
