Here is my $12.00 Goliath. Cheese steak sandwich with all the fixings. It wasn’t until the last bite that I realized that there was cheese in it. The flavor wasn’t bad, but it was very minimalistic. Pretty unacceptable to me! I am still very hungry.

My son had the neuron sandwich (pulled pork and Mac n cheese) he said it was the best sandwich ever.
The own was there and he was incredibly nice. Chatted with my entire family for about 15 min.
The employees were knowledgeable and quick as well.
Food was as yummy as I remember.
Definitely don’t miss.

The new spicy mayo was delicious! I really like the way it changed the flavor of my Boney Billy sandwich. So delicious! I didn’t like that the guy just bailed my receipt up without offering it to me as if it would prevent me from making a review

Terrible service they were rude to me right off the bat. A man with tattoos on his legs wearing the grey shirt at the cashier counter was extremely rude to me and the guy with the red shirt, black apron, and black hat was rude to me as well not wanting to talk to me until he was at the cashier counter and then was rude to me. I don’t know why they hire people like this. I won’t be coming back! may 30th 11:30 am

Sub shop offering fresh options for both hot and cold subs. Their Southwest chili is really good. Friendly staff.

We dined at Erbert and Gerberts in De Pere and the food and service was wonderful. Bobby appeared to be the only worker, taking orders and making sandwiches and keeping production fast all while being friendly. She helped my son figure out the perfect sandwich for him and was patient and sweet as well as answered any of our questions. GREAT JOB!

Their deli sandwiches might be good. Their bread was amazing. Their cheesesteaks are AWFUL though. I thought it would be like a Jersey Mike’s. They do cold cuts and warm sandwiches and use REAL meat in both. Not the case. Erbs and Gerbs uses the already cooked, processed and packaged meat that is then frozen and shipped. They then take it out and reheat. Yum. Not. If I want TV dinner meat, I will buy a TV dinner for $3. This is supposed to be a Wisconsin institution and they are just using the fake reheats like Subway meats……and charging Jersey Mike prices…..gross! Now their deli meats might be good quality like Jimmy Johns. Nice thick medium rare roast beef like JJs has. I don’t know. But based on the slop they dare to call a cheesesteak and charge $13 for it, I am not holding my breath.

About 2 years ago, the service and delivery at this store was great. Starting about a year ago, deliveries started showing up a little later each time and the quality was never consistent. My most recent order was delivered 50 minutes late. The sandwich had one piece of meat on it and was crushed. I will not be ordering from here again.

There subs are always delicious. go for the subs! Also the cookies and chips are good. The Mac n cheese isn’t their strong point and is generally overcooked and mushy. If you want a fresh yummy sandwich though… go here. I’ve ordered delivery numerous times and everything has been fresh and just as ordered each time.
