The positives:
Food was delicious and large portions. The appetizer Gamberoni Pistachio was enough as a meal! Highly recommend the Cioppino, which was flavorful and rich. Ambience was nice but nothing fancy, the rose at the table was real, to give you some context.
The bad:
Service was ok, a bit slow. My water was not refilled during my whole time. Most importantly the prices on the menu had not been updated. My appetizer was $2 more and my entree was $4 more. That might not seem like a lot but if you have a large group, it would add up over multiple dishes. I am not sure why they have not updated their menus or at least inform guests prices are wrong. Most people probably would not have caught it, but another guest also caught it on their bill. I deducted a star because of that but otherwise I would go back for the food quality.
It tasted better than I expected as many restaurants in Belltown I’ve tried are just ok and only good for location.
The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the tomato sauce had a rich, cheesy flavor. It was nicely tangy without being heavy or greasy. There were ground meat and some green peas mixed in, which added great texture and flavor.
I finished the entire dish and even used the three slices of bread that came with it to soak up the remaining sauce.
While waiting for my order, I noticed the dine-in atmosphere looks really nice too, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely looking forward to coming back to eat in next time.
We definitely recommend the mussels, they were incredible!
We’ll absolutely be back when we return to Seattle!
La Vita E’ Bella is an absolute gem. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we ordered was delicious, from the perfectly cooked pasta to the rich, authentic sauces. You can really taste the quality and love put into the food.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience feel relaxed and special.
What really made this place stand out for us was how dog-friendly it is. The outdoor seating was comfortable, and our pup was warmly welcomed, which made the experience even better.
Highly recommend this spot for great Italian food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere — especially if you’re dining with your four-legged friend!
They compensated us with a free dessert, but given the quality of the food, it didn’t feel worth it. For example, the chicken parm was overcooked, tasting burnt. And the tiramisu tasted a little old.
On the positive, the bruschetta and cocktails were tasty. But based on our experience, unsure if we will visit again.
The appetizers and the meals were excellently prepared and served, and were absolutely delicious.
Can’t say enough about what a memorable meal it was. “Thank You” doesn’t say enough!
