La Vista Italian Cuisine offers plenty for the palate as we offer Italian American dishes, 6 nights a week, serving 5-9pm. On weekends (Fri/Sat) we offer late night rustic flat bread pizza until 10pm to compliment our full bar. We also offer breakfast 5 mornings a week… The Toast at La Vista is available 8-11:30am and serves amazing dishes that we believe is the best in the area. So I’ll start by saying it was a rainy evening and my family and I were in the mood for Italian food. We found LA Vista Italian Restaurant. The pictures looked good, and the reviews looked good. So off we went, right around 5pm, so it was still on the early side when we arrived. We waited to speak with someone and overheard the people ahead of us mention reservations. Once an older lady acknowledged us and we stated we didn’t have a reservation but would wait for a table for five. She then rolled her eyes and said she only had seating for five outside. She stated it was under cover. We humored the idea since the whole family wanted Italian. The kids 4, 6, and 8 all said it was too cold. The hostess that was showing us the outside area saw how disappointed the kids’ faces looked and offered us a spot at the pizza bar. The kids’ faces lit up with excitement, and from then on, we all had a blast. The man making the pizzas was fun for the kids to talk to and made the overall experience a pleasant one. The food was good and so was to wood fire pizzas. The kids left happy, but my wife and I left with a salty taste in our mouths since not a single person, couple, or party was ever seated outside on the cold rains deck. The old lady hostess or whatever she was. She must be an owner because someone in that position would have been fired with people skills like that. Especially being in the service industry. Not only is it a negative look on the restaurant. The restaurant is part of located inside a timeshare resort, which will never purchase based on the services rendered at this restaurant. All and all. Good food and mostly good people. Your experience may be a lot better, but we’ll never be back after being treated as a third class citizen. ♂️

Food is good and fresh, this place do take out and we went there 2 times on 1st and 3rd of july. First time was a take out and pizza was good and big. We also had a salad wich was very well done and fresh, but a little small. On the other occasion we went for breakfeast and it was perfect! The view outside is absolutely stunning. Price are fair, service was excellent. The restaurant is in an hotel, so you have to pass the lobby to find it. Great place loved it.

Went here for brunch on Easter. Tropical mimosa with mango and pineapple was good. Servings were plenty and ended up getting food to go. Crispy bacon. 🙂 Fruit cup left a bit to be desired (very melon/pineapple heavy). Coffee was mediocre. Service was great- super friendly staff! Reasonably priced.

Had a reservation and were seated promptly.. Great service from Priscilla. White pizza, shrimp scampi, and calamari were all excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating with heat lamps. Wood fired pizza gives the pizza that great added flavor. Bread and balsamic/olive oil for dipping g was also a nice extra.

Absolutely fabulous dinner from the service to the food. The chicken Marsala was tender and I asked for extra mushrooms and there were plenty. The salad was fresh too and the stuffed mushrooms were yummy.

Nice ambiance, food was definitely not 5 star. The service was a bit slow. The negroni cocktail was excellent as was the selection of wines. The octopus appetizer was ok. The pork a la milanese did not have a crispy breading, but the raspberry gastrique added a delish counterpoint. Dessert was great. Cappuccino not served hot. Expensive for the overall quality.

Really good service and atmosphere for dinner. We were able to sit outside owing to the nice weather and the server was engaged throughout and gave good recommendations. Food is alright, a little less flavor than expected. We ordered the Margherita Pizza and the Fettuccine Alfredo as main course and they were okay. The apps were great – Beet salad and the eggplant ricotta.

The service was great. Ordered an old fashioned, got something with apple & cinnamon (horrible). The bread was good. I ordered a pizza. The sauce was flavorless ketchup & way too much of it. Not as good as a frozen pizza! My wife had salmon. The fish was good but covered in the same ketchup sauce as the pizza. 7pm on a Friday and not many people there. I understand why. The drinks are not good or not what was ordered. The food …. A waste of money. The only thing good here is the service!
