Shawn was nothing less than amazing!! Josh and carly were amazing too! The restaurant was super clean and the atmosphere was very inviting and energetic. The food was tasteful very presentable please see pictures posted Rodeo Burger was awesome and I had the chicken tenders and they were amazing we had truffle Urban french fries with ranch really good. I would highly recommend this BurgerFi for anyone to go whether it’s just a lunch or a family dinner the atmosphere is perfect for anything that should be owed to the employees they really set the tone for a great bite to eat

Finally tried this place, So glad i did! The wagyu burger tasted amazing, fries were crispy but not burnt. Table was nice and clean. When i asked for extra dipping sauce a nice young man by the name of tristan got it for my without complaint. Overall great place to get a tasty meal!

Tried this place Sunday 11-27 due to overwhelmingly positive reviews. The signature burger has two small patties, lettuce, tomato,special sauce. The patties had an unappealing crumbly texture and were quite greasy. The burger flavor was unpronounced in any way other than greasy. The sauce was barely detectable. I could taste it but it was either so little or so bland that I could not tell what flavors it was supposed to have and it did not add anything to the burger. The bun was decent and a little unusual a kind of soft bread. Overall I was very disappointed with this $9 burger. This was our first visit to Burger Fi and it was ok, but certainly had room for improvement. It’s clear they are suffering from the rustiness that grand opening will bring. We opted to wait 40 minutes for our burgers, which felt a little long. On the plus side the staff was friendly, despite being busy, and the menu had lots of options. A few of the cons were: the dining area was completely in disarray (in the 60 minutes we were there, not a single table was cleaned, including the one sat at), and they were out of several items at the drink/condiment station. I will say they had what seemed like lots of staff, which was nice but it only further creates confusion on why the long cook times and dirty restaurant. Regardless of the “cook to order” passion; nearly 45 minutes for a couple of burgers and fries is on the extreme end. Nevertheless, wasn’t a bad visit, just somewhat net neutral. We’ll give it another shot to see if they kinks get worked out.

This was the first time I’ve eaten a Beyond brand plant based burger. BurgerFi prepared the patty perfectly, nicely browned on the outside with a slight pink color inside, which is desired. However, my husband ordered an egg to top his burger but didn’t receive it. It actually ended up in my burger instead, and I didn’t notice until a few bites in. The egg was over hard. My husband went back inside to ask for his egg, and the one he received a few moments later was a perfect egg over medium, just how he likes it. Just sucks it didn’t come out correctly the first time, as he’s a person that wants all his food piping hot. We ordered onion rings too, and he thought they were too greasy and the onion slices too thick, with some slightly underdone. The flavors of everything were great, though!

Restaurant floor is always dirty every time i come in and i have to constantly ask for them to clean the tables. Today i asked with getting a snippy attitude from one of them (taylor) in return. All i asked was for a quick wipe down not a deep clean. Food on the other hand is good and service from others are good.

I like my burgers on the rare side of medium, unfortunately most places cook all of the pink out of the meat. The flavor of the beef was good but a little dry for me.. loved the fries but they were rather salty
