Excellent dining in a unique rustic little appealing country home is how I felt upon walking in. I felt I was walking into a storybook from start to finish. In the parking lot there was a huge tree that must be over 100 years old. The quaint little restaurant had a unique blend of seasonings with fresh ingredients and authentic flavor. The backyard was absolutely picture perfect.

The breakfast buffet selection is superb, fruit, salad, nopales. Sausage, eggs in any form, machacado, great tasting coffee, a cozy rustic atmosphere with plenty of tables for large groups. Overall is a good place to eat.

This is the best Italian restaurant in the area, Brownsville included. Everything here is delicious: Bread rolls, pasta, soups, drinks. Prices and portions are fair. The restaurant is clean and the staff very helpful. I love this place. Highly recommend it.

Very hospitable. Food was great, people were friendly. The bread was excellent. Our kids are it all up. We were alone in the restaurant, so I practiced my Spanish and the kids played on the three little steps inside. The bathrooms were clean too.

Great breakfast! Been twice now and the buffet is incredible. Great place to eat and I call the cracked coffee cups lucky. Huevos con chorizo is my favorite and that’s on the menu every time.

We managed to sit down, party of 6 but spent at least 25 minutes waiting to get our drink order taken. We left. Cannot say anything about the food as we weren’t able to try it. They do however have a buffet which we noticed on our way through.
