Everything about our experience at this Applebee’s in Omaha was over the top. Devin, our server was absolutely wonderful and I’m not sure I spelled his name right? My wife and I had the two for 25 meal consisting of a side order of onion rings that we shared and we both got the Oriental chicken salads. I had grilled chicken. My wife had crispy chicken and they were both great and we even had half of our meal at least to take home and take-home containers.

Let me tell you, I looked at the reviews before my son and I drove the 45 minutes to get to this Applebee’s. IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT! The 5 star reviews were on point!
We were the first guests on a Sunday morning and right away you could tell that the staff was incredible. Devin the bartender and our server was nice and welcoming throughout our whole experience. Checked on us and made sure that we had everything we needed, even while juggling a big top, the bar and Togo orders.
Kevin one of the hostesses, was cheerful and upbeat talking to us about football (GO TEXANS!) and he also helped out Devin and made our day brighter.
I heard appreciation from one staff member to another about doing a good job during a stressful situation and could see the connection between the staff when Kevin even did a little twirl dance with one of the servers when they seen each other for the first time that day.
I know that not everyone has the same experience but it made my heart happy to see that reviews were right and a place where the staff have good hearts.
PSA: The food was delicious also!! My son had the OMCheeseburger and he said that it was the best! And the new pickle fries are for sure (hopefully) here to stay!

Me and my family went out for dinner tonight and our server Jim was wonderful! The other staff on the other hand were just sitting around talking at a table the whole time we were there. Only one person helped Jim run his food and the others were just sitting at the table talking. Our food was decent. We got bone in wings for an appetizer and the meat was red.. it wasn’t even cooked all the way. My cousin got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and her shrimp came out looking raw. For my entree I got the salmon with 4 cheese Mac and loaded mashed potatoes. My four cheese Mac was a child’s portion which I feel is unbelievable due to the price I had to pay for my food. Here is a picture of the staff just sitting around. Service was great thanks to Jim , but I would NOT recommend coming to this Applebees. 3/10.

Went here with Connor Ossenfort… LOVED IT!!! Got 2 dozen boneless wings, 4 different flavors, can I just say WOW?!?!? I mean we just devoured them, and that was the appetizer… We kind of went on a limb and got 2 more appetizers because we loved the wings (mozzarella sticks & chips + salsa), could not have been more delighted!! Time for the entree: 4 Sirloin steaks, grilled zucchini, mash & Chocolate cake (what a surprise)… I started to get full but it was so good Ossenfort just crushed it!!!! At this point I was scared to receive the bill, but when we got it, the promotion that was available covered almost half of the bill!!! Jimeny crickets!!!! 10/10, would come here every day if possible. I highly recommend coming here after a Papillion La Vista Friday Night Lights game!!!! Thanks again Applebee’s!!!!!

Not good. The food quality is sufficiently lacking. The mozzarella sticks lacked any pizzazz or real flavor and tasted like they came out of a bulk quantity frozen bag. The mozzarella sticks were not hot and the internal cheese was not melted much. The accompanying marinara was tasteless as well. The boneless wings should not be advertised as America’s favorite. They tasted and appeared like they came out of a bulk frozen bag as well. Heavy breading, hard, and not a lot of flavor. The Buffalo sauce had a thick consistency and an obscure color. There was not care or pride in the food. The bartender was attentive, working hard, and pleasant even though it was obvious they were understaffed for the very few customers in there. Really disappointing and I would never go back. This chain is well beyond its hay day.

Not a big fan of the guy that greets/seats you in the front. 3 times we have came in with a toddler and were not offered a high chair/ booster seat or a kids menu. We ended up grabbing the high chair ourselves.
At the end of the meal, he basically comes and sits in your lap to grab the plates from the table before we were done. Happened each of the 3 times we have been there. He also hovers overs with an open mouth, kind of gross over my food.
My child had food on the table since she will throw the plates and he came and cleaned it up while she was still eating. Had he asked before cleaning, it would’ve been nice. He just comes over, doesn’t say a single thing, and does the things stated above.
Call me a hater if you want but I will be requesting he stays away from my table in future visits.

Had great service. Food choices on the menu appeared more varied than on previous visits. The manager was helpful getting our coupon issue resolved. Forgot to take pictures as I was hungry. The boneless wings with hot honey were good, not too spicy. The grilled chicken with mashed potatoes was tasty.

The food was delicious and filling. We ended up getting the 8oz steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, the chicken bourbon with shrimp, and a chicken strip platter for the kids and corn dog. We also had some Buffalo boneless wings. For drinks, we had two perfect strawberry margaritas and a 20oz bluemoon draft. Our server was very friendly and polite. I forgot his name . He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also came to our table to check up on us. Very clean store and friendly staff.
