We have been loyal customers for years but have seen a decline in their pizza recently. I understand food prices have gone up and businesses need to do what they can to stay afloat, but when the pizzas come with almost no cheese on them, that is not ok. We generally always order at least two pizzas, often times more, but always one without cheese, so today we asked if it would be possible to add the cheese we omit off one pizza to be added to the other, just to bring it back to a normal amount.We were told they would have to charge us for extra cheese! We declined and received our pizza once again with minimal cheese in the middle and the entire perimeter had cheese on maybe 1/3 of each slice, some with literally a few shreds of cheese on them. What happened to there being a layer of cheese on your entire pizza instead of a layer of sauce and toppings with a sprinkle of mozzarella over the top. Very disappointing.

We’ve ordered takeout from La Tratorria for several years now. Never before were we charged extra for delivery because of our zip code.
We wouldn’t be so annoyed if the Delivery charges were fair.
They should be based on distance, not the name of your town.
In our case, we are 2.6 miles from the restaurant. That means we live closer to the restaurant than 60% of the area of Belchertown, the town where the restaurant is located.
But, because we are just across the border in Granby, we are 1) Required to order at least $30 worth of food AND 2) Our delivery charge is increased by several dollars above and beyond the base delivery charge.
As I understand it, we will get charged more than a customer who lives much farther from the restaurant than we do because they live in the same zip code as La Tratorria.
I don’t mind paying a fair delivery charge. But their method is unfair. The delivery charge should be based on mileage, not zip code. We won’t be ordering from them again.

My boyfriend and I found this place on a road trip to see the foliage. We were looking for a place to have lunch and found this place and decided to try it. It is family owned and we absolutely loved it! The food was excellent and there was plenty of it so we took some of it home. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was awesome! Highly recommend if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed!

We placed our order for a group of kids before a dance. They gave us a 45 minute time frame and we showed up at 50 minutes later to find out they completely forgot to make any of our food. They weren’t concerned about their mess up and the girl at the front said “sorry there’s nothing we can do about it” and turned away.

a little hole in the wall type of place, and all the staff was very nice. great comfort food. You can get crispy or grilled chicken as a pizza topping too which is nice. personal pizza was $8 plus $1.50 for each topping.

I went to order for my clients and they tried to charge them more i said a small grinder and they tried to charge for a LG when I called back to cancel that grinder they said I would still have to have an order of 20$ or more because that what they need for delivery i asked how much was the soda they where ordering and they told me 4$ I told them your online menu said 15$ minimum for delivery they said they changed it a couple of months ago but did not update there online menu I question them about it and they told me the manager refused to take my order and was rude about it

La Trattoria is a nice eatery with informal dining. Prices are decent. I have been going there for a few years now and always received good service as well as great food. Tammy is usually our server, as I travel 15 miles one way to eat there and it is well worth the trip. I noticed this sign above their doorway: “Enter as Strangers, Leave as Friends”. That says it all.
