Got my daughter here to try their ice creams and we tried the chocolate, pecan & coconut flavours and loved it. The facility was well maintained and the customer service was good. Would definitely recommend and will surely want to try their other flavors too. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. The young girl taking our order rolled her eyes at us multiple times because we asked questions about what time they closed. They started closing at 9 when the store should actually close at 10. Multiple people came after us and were disappointed to see it was already closed. Ice cream was still amazing delicious, we just enjoyed it outside without the employees’ rudeness!

Recommendation order a signature creation, is cheaper and they have a lot of toppings compare to the one create your own. My mom order create your own and she didn’t know that a topping was included (they also didn’t told us) . The cookie Dough ice cream taste a little of peanut butter and the chocolate is not so strong

Ice cream was SO yummy and highly customizable! Loved it as a dessert after a long day. What stood out to me was how kind the staff was and how they handled difficult situations. There was a woman in line before us less than pleased because she didn’t understand the concept and was very condescending and the whole team was very eager to listen and kept a pleasant face the whole time trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. Good job guys!

The staff was so friendly and helpful when I asked about flavors. They explained they made them fresh that morning and let me sample! The ice cream was excellent and the service was so fast. Will be returning on our next trip to Marco.

I fell for an Instagram ad and ordered an ice cream cake for Father’s Day. It tasted pretty bland and whoever did the custom message on it obviously didn’t care or even try to make it look nice or centered at all. Definitely not worth almost $40 total after tax…. Will get it from Publix next time instead
