We are going to a new location for La Trattoria Italian Restaurant. It is moving to the Magnum Point Marina at 2200 Old Salem School Rd, Union Hall, VA 24176. The pizza oven is moving to the marina. The food and service is great. The new location is on the water off Smith Mountain Lake, VA.

It’s one of those little gems hidden away in a non descript tiny plaza that blows you away with the homemade food. Waitress was personable and fun. Salad was fresh and crisp. We went to eat at an off time and it did not affect quality or freshness. Prices are fantastic and we would have been smarter to eat here twice a day rather than bring food from home while we stayed at a local rental.
