Had lunch here today. Waited far to long for our food. Three of the four meals came out wrong after waiting all that time. No one from the staff tried to make our experience any better. Waiter was awful.

The food is fabulous here. Large portions for a relatively inexpensive price. As an added bonus, it’s next door to a Krispy Kreme donuts shop, which is an amazing combination. Great service too, and free chips and salsa for the table when you’re seated. Also very short distance from 81, so great for a midway break through a long road trip (as we normally do).

The food is good, but if you don’t see where it says on the menu that THEY CHARGE FOR CHIPS AND SALSA, you will get hit with a LARGE bill at the end of the meal…like we did. Won’t be returning due to this. I have NEVER been to a Mexican restaurant where they charge for chips & salsa…and the waitress doesn’t tell you!!!

Second visit did not live up to the first. Food was excellent. Portion sizes justify the prices. Service and cleanliness left something to be desired. We ordered by item number, since neither I nor my date speak Spanish, nor did our waiter speak very clear english. When he pronounced the name of the item, it did not sound like what we had ordered (burrito grande vs burrito bowl). I pointed to the item on the menu, said it out loud again, also repeating the number. Still received the wrong item. Choices for toppings included black beans or rice, could not clearly communicate which we wanted, as waiter insisted it came with both. Item we were served was very good for not being what we had ordered, so we did not complain. Floors were very dirty, straw wrappers and food debris under tables and in aisles. We were there an hour before close. Several employees sitting around chatting, instead of cleaning anything up. I’d like to think it was just an off night, so I’m sure I’ll stop back….. but I really hope the food isn’t the only standout next time.

Lucky they got 1 star. I’ll give it for 2 of the 3 beers they got right for us. Food was horrible and bland. Had steak fajitas with side of rice. When the fajitas arrived, no rice and no flour shells. Had to wait easily over 5 mins to even begin to eat supper. So much for hot and sizzling dinner. Wife had chicken burrito thrown on a plate with nothing else. Save your money and go to the Viewmont location. Also, very cramped seating. Too many tables squeezed in.

Honestly, don’t even bother. We had dinner on the way back south to Philadelphia and it was bad. The chicken tacos were bland and the fajitas were really dry. To be fair, the beer was very cold. Server was pleasant and attentive.

Nice place to stop and have a bite on our way up I-81. I got enchiladas and they were pretty good. Nice decor, but the music they played was Stravinsky and Wagner when I expected mariachi.
