Listen words can not describe how authentic an just delicious the food is. I mean if you ever had the experience of having real authentic Italian cuisine before than nothing else needs to be said. But if you have not! Your treating your taste buds like their a felon. An all that a side the customer service was outstanding!!!! I’m definitely going back. Ooh an for the price that you pay an the amount of food you get virus some of these other so called Italian restaurants. There’s no comparison. Me an my wife with 2 apps an a bottle of wine for under 200??!!! Yeah…. So trust me once you go you’ll become a normal.

This is a dated little Italian joint only open for dinner. The waitress was very sweet and attentive and the runner was good as well. The restaurant is cozy but tight, with tables close together, almost like you were on a cruise, yet you could still have a conversation, which is unlike most restaurants today.
The bread was ok, not much flavor, and the cold butter slices were hard to spread on store-bought bread. I had the chicken parmesan and it was plenty the sauce lacked flavor. One of the reasons we stopped in was for the fresh pasta which they had (fettuccine and spaghetti boxed) were cooked well. My wife had the Ravioli Pomdoro and she enjoyed it so much that I got a leftover taste.
Wine is available by the glass or bottle and the cost is reasonable for the area. Ybor can get packed so reservations are suggested and parking could be an issue if you have mobility issues.

Will not be back but could be much worse.
Nice quiet place, nice staff and host. Food came quickly. As someone with an Italian mother visiting from a city with good Italian food, the food was generally on par with Olive Garden – fine but disappointing for the environment.
Biggest complaint is the tomatoes were bad – rock hard and no flavor.
Veal marsala was decent, muscles were pretty good, pasta with traditional sauce was mediocre

This is a quaint, intimate restaurant in Ybor City. It’s a perfect place for date night or to meet other adults. It’s not a place for children; they have no kids’ menu or high chairs. They are only open Thursday-Saturday for dinner, and reservations are recommended. The Italian food is very tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. We really enjoyed our experience.

called here on valentines night w no reservation and the man told me it was a 35 minute wait but they had a special fixed menu for the occasion. was completely okay with that and once upon arrival we still had to wait another 15-20 minutes which we understood it was really busy that night. however once we were seated, we received EXCELLENT service. from the first person we spoke to, to the very last person. every single member of staff was accommodating and kind, regardless of how busy and stressful the environment was. i’ve worked in the restaurant industry and understand the pressure of a packed out night while trying to remain calm and joyful. and WOW. I have never received such outstanding service anywhere else!

We hadn’t been to La Terrazza in years, probably pre-pandemic. Big mistake. I was craving it last night, so we returned. Amazing. Appetizers were great. I had the fettucinne bolognese, my wife and daughter had the alfredo, our son had the penne alla vodka, and our other son, 8 yrs old, wolfed down an entire plate of the pesto pasta. I barely got to taste his! Appetizers and desserts also great, and needless to say, the service is top notch. I want to go back tonight!

Incredibly cozy little gem. We were in the mood for some Italian and this place was close to our hotel. We called to make a reservation before they opened and Luigi answered. He was helpful and sweet. Our server was also very helpful, authentic, and checked on us regularly. We got bread with butter before our appetizer came out. We opted for the bruschetta and it was delicious. They gave a huge portion of tomatoes and the tomatoes had a great flavor. I opted for one of their specials which was very good. I don’t remember the name but it was linguini in meat sauce with cream, mushroom and peas. My husband got their agnolotti and that was awesome! It was a smaller portion but the taste was perfection. Their noodles were fresh and with everything we ate there was a perfect balance of flavor. They weren’t busy when we went but I believe they are usually. They are only open Thursday-Saturday during the evening.
