I lived in Houston my whole life. This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in town. It’s family owned and the food is authentic very clean. Irvin the bartender was awesome and had great energy. He made me a custom specialty margarita.

The food was really good. I am not so sure about the service. The first server we were assigned was a bit rude and weird and she came off as very unprofessional (maybe she was just super tired!) But luckily she was switched and the second one was awesome! Very helpful and sweet. One star missing because it was actually over priced. But other than that, it was a decent place to dine in!

Everything was good but when waiter bring bill I gave my credit card to him to charge. Usually they bring credit card machine . Waiter pick up my card then issued two receipts one for me one for them. I was not supposed to handover my credit card because next day on my credit card some one charge $ 1797 at Baltimore and $983 sone where in Texas. Credit card company contacted me and decline the purchase. I only hand over my credit card at this restaurant so there is a chance that some one get information on card with CCV and tried to charge. So be careful to handover your cards to anyone in this restaurant. I advised management to investigate the staff who worked Sept 28 between 5-10 pm.

I’m always on the hunt for the best Tres Leches and I may have found it. Always fresh, served with strawberries. Food is good too, beef is comparable to if not better than Pappasitos. Great happy hour and delish MOJITOS

Food was not awesome but was very good. Good chips and salsa. Tortillas seem freshly made. We had a large birthday group and they did a pretty good job to make sure we didnt run out of chips and drinks! They had karaoke and even a small.dance area although it was at entry way.

Food was good and prices were too. Mango margarita was good as well. Service was just okay, and they were out of the first two Mexican beers that my husband ordered (really?) so he ended up with Michelob.

First time trying this place with my sister, the service was just not well. Our server was very quiet didn’t smile. We had to call the host every single time we needed something. No refills offered, not checked in on once! We got fajita tortas and this was the fajita in it like really burnt and dry. The only good thing was the charro beans and horchata. DONT RECOMMEND!
