We visited an Italian restaurant in Vienna and absolutely fell in love with the place. The food is divine and of outstanding quality — every dish carried the soul of Italy, with a touch of magic in every bite. It was a truly authentic experience and we had our best gnocchi in our lives!✨
As a bonus, the staff and the owner are incredibly kind and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended to anyone looking for real Italian flavors! Our favourite place in Vienna for sure! ❤️
We spontaneously came across this restaurant on Valentine’s Day and asked if they had a table? They asked if we had a reservation, which we did not, but they said they would find a way to accommodate us, which they did quite well.
The restaurant features cool artwork and has a nice design, and combined with cool music, and at the right volume created the perfect vibe! They were also quite generous with the pour on the wine.
We went because of the Pinsa pizza, which they are known for. I ordered a carpaccio Pinsa and it was truly amazing, with great, high quality ingredients.
The showstopper however was a spaghetti carbonara with a Sicilian twist with pistachios in it. Right away one could tell the pasta was hand made. As someone who has travels throughout Italy, I have to say this was one of the best I’ve ever had, bar none! Now I’m curious about the other items on the menu?
Top notch service, nice location, dined al fresco. Bread was perfect. Pizza was crispy crust and very flavorful.
Gnocchi was world class.
Great wine selection, staff was knowledgeable about pairings.
Will return and dream of the restaurant every night.
We had the “Little Italy” which was a selection of starters and selected Italian appetizers. Very good quality of each thing that was on this plate. The “Il Leone e la Volpe” was a risotto with lots of truffles pesto which was just heavenly good.
…and the Pinsa was also as it is supposed to be. Crunchy on the ouside, soft on the inside and with very good quality toppings.
The atmosphere inside is also a bit like a very small but overly cozy Italian restaurant with old (but very nice) furniture, nice music and very friendly staff.
Overall a clear recommendation to pay them a visit if you are in the area!
