The first thing I noticed was the comforting hum of quiet conversation and soft jazz. We started with leek and potato soup, silky and full-bodied. For the main, I enjoyed a slow-cooked veal stew, rich with earthy flavors of mushrooms and herbs. My companion ordered grilled seabream with fennel — light, crisp, and perfectly seasoned. The staff were polite and discreet, creating a sense of ease throughout the evening. Dessert was a dark chocolate mousse, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of sea salt. Each dish felt crafted with care and attention to balance.

Very attentive service. Sitting with view on the kitchen, which was fun to watch.
The amuse bouche was a highlight.
The balance of some of the dishes could be improved – some had too much going on (carpaccio for one), while the veal (main) was underwhelming.

All flair no substance, slow service. Everything felt so hectic, as was a reflection of the head chef himself, constant running around and loud banging noises of plates falling everywhere in the kitchen from his staff… just not very polished dining experience.

As for food the highlights were the macaron/foie , and the dessert dish (rhubarb and raspberry). Other than that the entire meal was uninspiring and just blah… For example the ham on the croissant thing seems to be out of place and low quality, the sauce for the beef was too pasty and didn’t have the depth of flavour, the lobster spring roll dish didn’t taste like lobster and was over seasoned, the vegetable dish with the smoke was nice theatrics but taste wise fell flat. For 135euro I expected a bit more.

Edit : *As can be seen by the response from the chef owner, rather than being respectful to constructive criticism, he chose the “my ego is hurt route”… absolutely crazy response and behavior… and to think this guys thinks his food is polished… I would have taken McDonald’s over this pretentious French crap attitude and Food!

We had a wonderful evening a few weeks ago thanks to the chef and the whole staff. Food was delicious, every plate was a masterpiece with tasty wine selections. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fine dining with a cosy atmosphere.

It’s my second visit to this restaurant . The first one was in November and the other one now in Mai.

Menu has changes since November. Service is very good , the same waiters as the last time. We’ve had 7 courses with vine pairings . We came at about 19:00 and left at 22:30 .
Atmosphere is relaxed.

In general everything was good.

However the vine pairing was a very big disappointment. Reason for that was that the same type of vine was served with several dishes.
I have never experienced that before.
Well i am expecting to be served different type of bine for every single dish. I think that the waiter should be informed us about what kind of vine will be accompanied to which dish. Or the restaurant should have a vine pairing list to be given to the guests. ( my experience from Michelins restaurants, probably that’s the reason I’m aspecting that)

If I I would know about the things above I would rather have ordered a bottle of vine because the combination of wine and dishes was not really good. ☹️
This moment was very disappointing.

If this moment is important for you as much as for me than make sure to ask for information before you device to go for a vine pairing.

Food is delicious , well presented with finesse . Different techniques used. That’s I liked a lot.

This is an expensive restaurant . And the expectation is accordingly.

Booked to come here on a Saturday evening because we wanted to try a more upmarket restaurant in Brussels for dinner on our last night.

A relatively small restaurant offering an amazing culinary experience. Had the four course tasting menu with wine pairing, followed by coffee and petit fours. All courses were creative and beautifully cooked & presented. All of the staff were warm & friendly; we really enjoyed the evening.

Definitely more of an experience than a meal. Expensive but worth it.

We booked our table within the context of resto days with a pre-set menu. Food was delicious and the service was great. I put 4 stars because the bottle of water, 1l was 12€. I don’t see how you can justify such a price…

This restaurant and chef Mus are on top in Brussel if you are searching for the best service and hospitality. The food is delicious and very sophisticated. Open kitchen and great ambiance.

The only thing to note is that the lighting could be dimmed a little more
