Dear Suiza Bakery Management,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent purchase and the subsequent customer service experience I encountered today, Sunday. As a consistent patron who regularly purchases your pastelitos de guayaba, I feel it is important to bring this to your attention.
This morning, I purchased ten pastelitos de guayaba, which we typically enjoy as a weekly tradition. However, upon returning home and tasting them, we found that the pastelitos possessed an unusual and unappetizing flavor, rendering them unsuitable for consumption. The quality was terrible.
Immediately I contacted your bakery to explain the situation and inquire about the possibility of an exchange for a fresh one. The employee who answered my call was unhelpful and dismissive. When I explained that the product was unsatisfactory, I was informed that an exchange was not possible as the items had already left the Bakery. Despite my clarification that the quality defect was only apparent upon consumption at home, this stance was maintained in what I perceived to be an unprofessional manner. My request to speak with a manager or owner to resolve this matter was also met with the response that no one was available. But I heard in the back someone telling the employee to tell me that there was none one.
This experience, encompassing both the significant decline in product quality and the unsatisfactory customer service, is deeply concerning. As a loyal customer, I value both the product and the service provided. This incident has unfortunately led me to question the consistent standards of Suiza Bakery.
I have never have such a bad experience. I have been a costumer of Suiza bakery for many years, since I was 17 years old and now I am on my 40s and I have never have such a bad experience 🙁 I uploaded a picture so you guys can see. I couldn’t enjoy my Pastelitos 🙁

I’m not quite sure what has happened to this little family owned bakery, that if I’m not mistaken has been in business since 1983. I’ve gone on numerous occasions and it’s always been as perfect as one could ever wish for. Today, I placed an order on Uber eats and low and behold was in complete shock when I opened the bags. The food was spoiled and with visible mold and growing bacteria unlike I’ve ever seen. Not only was it visibly rotten but the foul odor when you open the packaging just added to my shock and disbelief! I submitted my complaint along with pictures to Uber and they went ahead and provided a full refund. I have tried most of the day to get a hold of a manager/owner to inform them of this unfortunate incident but have not been successful. I keep asking myself how this could’ve possibly happened but just can’t reason with it or excuse it!

Pastelitos are good. Bakery is clean. Has space to sit and enjoy. Staff is unprofessional and incompetent. We ordered multiple party trays on Monday morning for pick up Friday afternoon- paid in advance. Staff had no idea where my order was, what it was or if I had paid for it or not. They had me come back hours later without consideration to our plans or inconvenience they had caused. Will NOT be ordering anything for future functions. Might stop by for bread.

I love this place, the servers, the food, you are always welcomed with a friendly greeting and a big smile. Their pastelitos have even traveled to Minnesota! Love love it!

This Bakery was amazing because it is a cozy spot with amazing pastries, including authentic Cuban treats like pastelitos and guava-filled delights. The almond croissant was flaky and delicious, and the chocolate cake was rich and moist. Friendly service and perfect for a quick treat or coffee break. Highly recommend!

Tables, chairs and floor are dirty. I have to clean the table. They have NOT bathrooms in there for customers. Glass of the counter is dirty and foggy, dont look a place to bring urs family for a good meal or breakfast, no napking in table, no menu in hand, and the food is ok. But need improve, price no where to be found.
