We were coming through town and decided to stop here after checking their hours. Saw they closed in 30 minutes so we went through the drive through to make it easier but the menu was dark. Had to ask if they could turn the light on to see what flavors they had for a shake. I’m sure they were hoping that if they let the outside lights off people wouldn’t come in.

I never leave bad reviews but I have never dealt with such rude employees. When the employee came to the register to take my order he did not greet me at all and then was snippy and short with me when I was ordering too fast for him. I could hear him complaining under his breath while making my order. On the way back I realized there was a missing item so I went back. When I talked to the same employee in the drive through all he said was “come up” he did not say a word to me when giving me my forgotten item. A simple sorry would have been fine. I understand mistakes happen but this employee did not seem to care and made me feel disrespected.

The burger reminded me of a gas station burger. The fries were greasy and had a strange texture. The staff was nice but I would never eat an actual meal at DQ again.

Normally food is great but today the Hot fudge sundae lacked hot fudge. We usually get enough Hot Fudge to enjoy with ice creme but not today. Very disappointed at this DQ today. I also did not get my senior discount because I was to slow asking.

Just your average DQ. Been there too many times to count. Will avoid it now. What a disappointment for my family!!!! Watch out for the rudest staff. Woman who locked the door right in front of me…wow!! Would not look at me nor say anything. Lady find a different job!! You are incredibly rude and cold-hearted. Do not expect “small town” friendliness here…does NOT exist.
