I was very impressed with the Italian establishment! I thought this was a nice hidden gem! The flavor was amazing, and you could tell it was authentic Italian cuisine! I ordered the shrimp Alfredo, and it was delicious! I thought the flavor of the Alfredo sauce was on point, and the waitress had a fantastic recommendation for a white wine that went with my meal! This is truly a hidden gem, and if you want authentic Italian cuisine, I highly recommend La Strada!

We went on a Saturday right when they opened at 11 a.m., and there was no one there yet. We were immediately seated. The server was attentive, which I loved. They casually checked on us to see if we had water or needed anything.
We ordered their appetizer sampler, which included calamari fritti, bruschetta, and caprese salad. Everything was fresh and properly seasoned—I really loved that.
I also ordered their minestrone soup, which was to my liking as well. 5/5.
For the main entrées, we ordered the ribeye steak cooked medium, and they nailed it! It had lots of herbs , and I loved how well they paired with the butter.
My husband ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and he loved it too—5/5! Very creamy.
The price was good for the way we ordered. I loved everything—the service, the food, the ambiance, and the music. The servers were approachable and respectful. We will definitely be back again.

As a pilot I fly all over the USA and try many restaurants, most disappoint.
Not LA Strada!
I was very surprised and the quality of food and service.
Joe was my server and he was excellent.
I ordered chicken Parm, it was pan fried and finished in the oven unlike most places which, deep fry it.
Sausage was good, veggies excellent.
If I had one complaint, it was the meatballs came out cold and hard.
Joe had that fixed pronto.
I highly recommend La Strada

La Strada was fabulous. My older brother had missed my daughter’s and my birthday, so he invited us to dine at La Strada yesterday. We had dined at this restaurant for many years when it was under a different management, and we were thrilled to discover that the quality of food, service, and atmosphere didn’t suffer under the new management. The restaurant is still beautifully decorated, starting from the foyer to the dining area, and one can hear the soft music playing as one enters in the restaurant. We were immediately greeted and led to our table, and we were handed our menus. After giving us enough time to view the menu, the server approached and informed us of the special dishes of the day, which included the halibut. However, I myself had already decided on the Capellini Pomodoro, which I felt would be the perfect portion for me to consume. I had eaten at Nation’s Giant Hamburger with my daughter close to lunchtime earlier, and I wasn’t feeling too hungry. My brother selected the Calamari and the Minestrone soup, and my daughter chose the Veal Piccata with the Clam Chouder soup. All three of us loved and enjoyed our meal, right after they had served the delicious bread with the olive oil and herbs. I didn’t take a photo of the main menu, but I took a photo of the dessert menu, which was a much smaller size, and from which my brother chose the Vanilla Ice Cream accompanied by an espresso, my daughter was full and she opted not to have dessert, however, when I saw that one of my favorite desserts was listed on the dessert menu, the Crème Brûlée, without hesitation I opted for that. The only other restaurant they have this dessert and which is equally delicious is at Jack’s in Pleasant Hill. Fatapples used to have this dessert on their menu, but they unfortunately discontinued it. I will list the photos of the dishes my family savored at La Strada along with a couple of photos of the interior of this gem of a restaurant with top-notch service.

Great place for a good italian meal. Great atmosphere and service! I’m surprised I’ve never been here before.
We took our toddler boys here for one of our first dinner outings. They mostly behaved and didn’t make a huge mess, and the service was very understanding.

If i could give this 10 stars, I would. I have had a horrendous time in California since I have been here. It’s also my birthday week. The server Billy was absolutely wonderful. He made me feel heard, he suggested things for my drink, he celebrated my birthday. I could not have had a better time if I tried. I even had their tiramisu. Absolutely amazing.

Really underrated Italian restaurant. Perhaps because of the location but the food is top notch and we have had countless pleasant experiences here and no complaints other than forgetting to make a reservation during a holiday! Great service and even better food!

We love La Strada! The decor is inviting. Service is excellent and friendly. Mocktails were delicious. And of course, the food was two thumbs up!
You might want to make reservations because they can get pretty busy. Also, the parking lot can get filled up quickly.

Four of us were pre-celebrating a friend’s upcoming 90th birthday. We had already ordered from the menu our server provided then noticed a small menu of lunch specials on the table. One side had a list of paninis, but we all wanted entrees so we basically ignored the small menu. Oh well, we have a reason to come back. Only the birthday girl had been here before but it was a first for the rest of us. Our server was friendly and efficient. The birthday girl and another diner had the veal piccata, our other person had the sampler (bruschetta, mozzarella caprese and fried calamari) and I had the chicken marsala. Our food was well prepared with generous portions. Will definitely be back for lunch!
