We have a home in Beach Haven West that many friends and relatives rent from us. Many have told us the La Spiaggia was delicious. So we decided to give it a try. Boy were they right!!! We had excellent food and terrific service. They have an early dinner 3 course menu ranging from $20 for spaghetti to $26 for filet mignon and lots of varied choices in-between. The regular menu had numerous choices and everything we saw served looked wonderful. They have a limited wine menu but no liquor license in case you like to have some drinks with dinner. Certainly worth the hype and the trip. Very nice ambiance and valet parking too!

Nice place, great service from valet parking through dessert. Loved the appetizer, my son’s chicken dish and my wife’s shrimp w breadcrumbs and pasta. Nice creative dish! I just did not enjoy my Bolognese. I was certainly good this restaurant another try, but was so disappointed. Once in awhile a good bolognese just hits home and that was exactly what I was in the mood for…it was very well prepared, just not to my taste.

Best Italian food I have ever had, hands down. I always have a great meal and very accommodating service. BYOB, valet parking, fine dining, great food, and always a great time. Overall, one of my favorite restaurants. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a nice evening enjoying real, fresh, and mouth watering Italian food. Desserts are also to die for!

Fabulous dinner. Food is wonderful-from Sunday Sauce, to veal picatta, and NY style cheesecake. The service is Great. Waiters know their menu! Attentive and respectful to even the youngest guests. Highly recommend.

I recently used La Spiaggia to cater a private event for ~55 people, all of whom have *raved* to me about both the fantastic food and the impeccable service. Chef Dan Stragapede helped me develop a truly wonderful menu, and the servers left our property cleaner than when they found it, after making sure every single guest was happy from start to finish. I only hope I can find another reason to hire them again. Reasonably priced (particularly during peak season on the island), outstanding quality.

La Spiaggia is the best Italian restaurant in the LBI area. The service is impeccable and the cuisine is superb. Other restaurants try to cut corners with frozen prepared foods to serve to customers but not La Spiaggia they use the freshest ingredients and top of the line cuts of meat. If you want spaghetti and meatballs this is not the place but if you want 5 star northern Italian cuisine like veal, chicken and seafood this is the place. If you are in the area try La Spiaggia and you will not be disappointed.

The best restaurant on LBI. And I am remiss in taking so long to write this review. We have been coming here every Friday night for over 25 years. The food is always excellent & the service wonderful. We travel from 25 minutes away, because all others pale in comparison. Thank you to Mark & Dan for countless delicious meals.

Delicious Italian cuisine but overpriced. The surf and turf at $45: steak and…shrimp? Shouldn’t that be lobster along with that steak for that price?

This was our second time to this restaurant. Again the food was fabulous. All of the wait staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
I do not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to everyone. ps. This restaurant is BYOB, although they now offer a limited assortment of local NJ wines only.
