Hidden gem not just in the Missouri City / Sugar Land area, but the greater Houston area!
Been here around 6 times now and this place has some of the best tacos we’ve ever had. This is a true Mexican restaurant which makes us feel like we’ve traveled back to Mexico. Please take a break from the generic Tex-Mex places that are a dime a dozen all over the area and give this place a try. The campechana and beef fajita tacos are especially delicious. Great grill flavor and they do not skip on the meat/filling.
To top it off, their chips and salsa are absolutely amazing! My wife and I will literally have cravings just for their chips and salsa. They are made in-house and are legit fried tortillas – not the run-of-the-mill chips that are cranked out en-masse at every other Mexican restaurant. They are thick, crunchy, and come with a trifecta of salsas which are unlike any salsas you’ve ever had. So flavorful (and pretty spicy!)

Everything is sooo good! I love it!! The tripe soup is amazing — I’ve never had anything this good before. The beef tripe is so soft and cooked perfectly. The portion sizes are huge, and the prices are really affordable too. This is our second visit, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!

It’s nice to find a place that serves real Mexican food. It was my first time there so I ordered tacos. Very flavorful and authentic. If you’ve never tried a taco Pirata, a Gringa, or a Campechana, then I highly recommend going there.

I am a chilaquiles and queso birria snob and this place makes the top 3. The chilaquiles verdes with two eggs over easy and corn tortillas were on another level. The birrias tacos were also amazing. I usually don’t write reviews but for this place I didn’t even think twice. Also the hot sauces are on fire. I will be eating here again every chance I get. A definite must try for everyone else! The comida esta deliciosa, comeré aquí cada ves que pueda!

La Siberia y La Malinche is hands down one of the best spots for real, traditional Mexican food (not Tex-Mex!). Everything was super fresh and flavorful, especially the salsas. The restaurant was clean, the vibe was great, and our server David was awesome—friendly and on point. We even got to meet the owner, Jorge, who clearly cares about quality and tradition. We’ll definitely be back!

Finally found authentic Mexican food in Mo City! They were extremely gracious waiting on us. We were greeted with chips and queso, red sauce and green sauce. The green sauce was creamy and spicy and the red was a little more mild but delicious. We started with a michelada and house margarita. We ordered al pastor tacos, beef fajita taco, ham torta (special requested) and chicken flautas. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend this place!!
