Ordered dozen pupusas for myself and coworkers one day before pick up date and spoke with ‘Cristian’. We confirmed order, total cost and time of pick up. Upon arrival I am told that they were not made because they called me several times…??? WHY?
They lied and told me that they told me they would call me same day to confirm… again why??? But this was UNTRUE. I asked to speak to “Cristian” but she refused. When I asked the lady why she didn’t leave a message from the “several” calls she made,( while I’m at work) she admitted, “Ok That was my mistake”.
I had to wait additional time past the requested time (wasting my lunch break time) Then she charges my card ( no discount despite their mistakes, lies and delays). Turns out they pass the credit card company charges to the customers when paying w CC or DC. She didn’t inform me of this in advance nor was there any signage stating this!!!! Unapologetic delays, charges and rudeness!!! Will NOT return and made sure I let my co workers know so they too go elsewhere!!!

The pupusas are delicious. Taste authentic and fresh.
Need more improvements when it comes to the service. It feels like you are not welcome here at all. I suggest to order ahead and take out.

5 stars to the food, it tastes really good and ingredients are good quality. This is my favorite spot to get Salvadorian breakfast.
Service is not great they are very dry and direct. And also they take their time making the food. I highly suggest to call and order ahead.

When I go to the restaurant, I usually order pupusas, I already over the phone and arrived 15 minutes. They are usually ready by then . I ordered the bean and cheese and the Revueltas. The price is decent and they are very delicious.
