I have been a customer of Domino’s for 2 years. I have my own Domino’s account for rewards and order from them often, but I can’t even justify the recent service that I have received from them. The only way I can describe it is purely lazy and incompetent.
I had made an order a week ago and received food that I could make better, but this is what I get for being lazy. I got my pizza with unbelievably thin crust, to the point that there was no sauce, it was just cheese. As if that wasn’t bad, I threw a small party for 7 people. The same issues were present from the crust being thin, toppings that were not ordered, to straight up not receiving the food I ordered.
Never again, shame on me for being fooled twice.

Ordered food for my family and my children at 8 PM it is now 10:13 PM a driver had come to the house without our order and told us he would be back with it… That was 45 minutes ago. My children are tired and need to go to bed for school tomorrow and they have not eaten. We ordered pizza because we are going to the grocery store tomorrow so we just decided to order out tonight. This was a huge mistake relying on them to deliver food to my house to feed my family and the most egregious mistake I’ve ever seen in a food service industry.

I ordered sausage, Green peppers and extra onions… they literally put a tiny piece of pepper on my pizza, half of the sausages were burnt and this doesn’t look like extra onions to me. Truly felt like a hate crime, I still ate it cause I was starvinggg… Dominos pizza usually slaps but this is by far the Worst location in Maryland

Extremely rude staff. I’m usually a daily customer and they always stare at me while I’m patiently waiting at the front register to pick up my order when the app literally tells me it’s ready for pick up. They didn’t acknowledge me. Do not order here.

I think I got food poisoning from here. I ordered late last night and a couple hours later I was woken by severe stomach cramps and vomiting. I was scared to order from here because of the bad reviews but it automatically put my order with the location downtown. I gave it a chance but I’m done with Hagerstown dominos.

We have a Christmas Eve tradition of giving gift bags to the home-free & with the warmer weather this year we decided to park in the lot across Prospect from Dominos and distribute them on our bikes. There is no sign indicating this lot is at all affiliated with Dominos and the only posted sign says No Loitering – Police Enforced. After a couple hours of riding around town, we returned to the truck to grab a bite. Before I could even finish my apple, “the owner” of Dominos sent an employee out to tell us we had been there for 2 hours and needed to leave in 5 minutes. I explained that we had been gone that whole time but she insisted we were loitering right then, a mere moments after we got back. In that short time, we even considered Dominos for said bite to eat, but she made that a hard no pretty quickly. Despite her rude and hostile tone, we wished her a happy holiday and parked on the street. I can’t speak to the food quality, but the service and atmosphere certainly suck. IF that lot does in fact belong to Dominos (which I doubt considering it’s “police enforced”) and they don’t want people parking there, some more accurate signage is definitely in order.

I had a really disappointing experience. I showed up to pick up my pizza because the app said it was ready, but when I got there, it wasn’t. Despite having around seven people working, no one acknowledged me or could explain why my order wasn’t done. I ended up waiting 15 minutes, only to finally be told they never made my pizza in the first place and had to remake it. Completely unacceptable.
