My partner and I eat here at least 3 times a month, breakfast or lunch options. Their chilaquiles are great, i love their limón con pepino water, and their asada con chile tacos. The food is hot and comes out quickly and the servings are too big to finish in one sitting. The girls taking your order are all kind. I do wish the wood benches were more comfortable seats but otherwise the atmosphere is great!

We have gone to different restaurants and let me tell you about this one when you go inside you are greeted so well, the food & agua frescas were super delicious (don’t mind the watermelon being bitten my daughter couldn’t wait to give it a bite), this place is so calm and beautiful, the customer service there is always checking their client have everything they need. We will definitely be coming back here! It felt like home ❤️ if you are trying to find a great place to eat definitely go try this place out!

We ordered the quesadilla and birria ramen with Agua frescas.
Food was absolutely delicious! The ramen was my favorite, will definitely get that again. My bf was disappointed in the size of the quesadilla considering how much it cost.
The aguas are good and refreshing.
Great local spot. They serve beer as well. Just wish it wasn’t too pricey. Will definitely be back but not ask often as I would probably like.

La Salsita Pinchi has a very casual and upbeat atmosphere. The agua frescas are delicious, we ordered the Limón y Pepino and were brought out samples for mango and fresa while we waited on our food (such a nice extra gesture.)
Aguas: Delicious
Birria Ramen: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
A creative combination that had flavor and was beautifully presented. I would recommend it if you like Birria, but I didn’t have the palate for it.
Discada Torta: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Light and fluffy toasted bun, well flavored meat, topped with fresh avocado and tomato, & served with a jalapeño popper on the side. Well executed and paired amazingly well with their salsa verde.
Staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean, the restroom had room for improvement (extremely low on soap, heavy self-close door, and paper towel/toilet paper were not in dispenser.) it wasn’t a big deal though.

Food was great, no complaints. Our server not so much. Took us our food never came back to check on us. Tried to wave her over to request more crema for our flautas and another drink but she was too busy visiting with her coworkers. By the time another server came by to check on us we were already finishing our meal. Another issue was flies. Maybe it had to do with the screen door in the kitchen area and people coming in and out. Love the food but the service is lacking.
