It offers some of the best quality and value you’ll find. The $6.99 breakfast special is an incredible deal you get your choice of eggs with ham or bacon, sautéed breakfast potatoes with onions and bell peppers, and tortillas (which you can swap for toast for just $1). The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and everything is cooked perfectly. It’s hard to beat that combination of quality and price.
The atmosphere makes the experience even better. The vibe feels like a classic Mexican cantina rich in culture, colorful, and beautifully decorated. It’s warm, welcoming, and full of character.
Every visit has been consistently great, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.
The environment was pleasant and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience enjoyable.
The only thing that stood out as a bit odd was that they didn’t provide complimentary chips and salsa at the beginning, which is something I’ve come to expect at most Mexican restaurants. Instead, it had to be ordered separately. Aside from that small surprise, everything else was perfectly fine.
Overall, a good spot for authentic Mexican food with a nice atmosphere and fair pricing.
The Baja fish taco was excellent, and the enchiladas were great as well. We also tried the Mexican pizza, which was pretty good and nicely prepared.
I really liked the ambiance and atmosphere — it genuinely makes you feel like you’re in Mexico. Overall, a very good restaurant with solid value. Would definitely come back.
There is plenty of seating in the “patio” or inside. The staff were quick and efficient.
We ordered the southwest skillet and the chicken fajita omelet. Both were very tasty.
La Salsa is a good place for breakfast.
It’s one of those places where you never know how good it is until you’ve been there.
I highly recommend it.
US$6.99 (before taxes and gratuity) breakfast set include 2 eggs any style; choice bacon, ham or sausage; southwestern potatoes and choice of corn or flour tortillas.
Decent portion for breakfast. Simple but good tasting meal.
Service was good even though they were busy and had a long queue.
Great breakfast spot for budget travellers or those who want a simple start to the day.
Will definitely return to this joint when I am next in town.
