My mom and I went here on a lunch date and had such a great time! Our server Maria was fantastic and very attentive. We were there just talking and sippin Margaritas and laughing and catching up and it was everything I needed. The food was amazing and very authentic including the chips and salsa! The decorations andand ambiance were beautiful everything was very well organized and you can tell the people who work there, want to be there!

From the moment our server arrived — stone-faced and radiating “why are you here?” energy — the vibe was off. No smile, no warmth, just the enthusiasm of someone being forced to serve against their will. Chips took so long to arrive that our queso was moments away from filing for early retirement due to hypothermia.
Orders were… suggestions, apparently. Mine came out wrong, and my shrimp still had their tails on, turning dinner into a hands-on arts and crafts project. I got to personally dismantle my meal like a raccoon at a picnic. The toppings for my dish were also missing — they eventually arrived only after I asked, as if they were on a side quest.
My sister ordered fajitas, blissfully unaware that here they are baptized — nay, drowned — in BBQ sauce. A bold creative choice, but one that might be worth mentioning on the menu before committing someone to it.
Our server- Emily M. -checked on us with the frequency of a lunar eclipse. And at the end of the meal, in a plot twist no one saw coming, she asked us to gather and stack the plates for her. I half-expected to be handed an apron and a closing checklist.
That said — the live Elvis singer was absolutely amazing and hands-down the highlight of the night. Fantastic voice, great energy, and honestly the only reason the evening didn’t fully derail. The entertainment was five stars… the service, unfortunately, was not.

I really love how this place looks—so clean and inviting. The beautiful art everywhere adds such a nice touch. The lively atmosphere and great music make it even better. The waitresses are wonderful, and the food was delicious. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here. I’m also excited to try the brunch sometime, especially since I’ve received many invites and recommendations to check it out. Can’t wait to come back!

Since they moved and the remodel it feels like a completely new restaurant and the best Mexican restaurant in town by far! Our waitress Jessica was phenomenal. She was patient with us and explained a few pieces of the menu so we knew exactly what we were ordering. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!

I like the effort for the interior design. This place is so huge, it loses the intimacy for dining.
I had the fish tacos and the protein was rubbery with too much lettuce. The salsa with chips was off and the cheese dip was so runny.
Everyone was pleasant who waited on the table.

The new location looks beautiful. They are located where 4cs Bbq used to be at before they ran out of business I can see why they did because the place was disgusting and the owners were very obnoxious and rude. Glad Larumba moved locations and took over and remodeled the entire place and made it look a lot better. Bathrooms were clean and restaurant was neat and clean When we arrived we was seated immediately. Our server was new she reminded me a lot of my daughter and had a country accent i don’t remember her name but she did an amazing job. I never had to wait or even ask for a refill she would always ask me first before I even had a chance to finish drinking all my pop. which was impressively high quality customer service. Food came out quickly. I didn’t like the rice or the beans though. My margarita was great I just wish the prices weren’t so high. I will be returning if I’m ever back in the area. Best Mexican restaurant in Defuniak springs fl area.

This place is the best. Me and my wife come here every day after work. And for a reason!! The bar tender briza is so sweet and kind and beautiful and personal. The rest of the staff are awesome! The food is great! The drinks are good! Two for one margaritas! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
