This morning Nov, 11 2025, I went to buy Bread for my Kids at La Reynera Bakery. I pay with SNAP and the lady there (blond) got UP SET because I was paying with Lone Star SNAP. If you do not like to charge EBT DO NOT ACCEPT IT. I felt Discriminated. I hope this doesn’t happen to know one.

I was gifted a cake from here for my birthday and it had mold on the frosting and the bread was a little hard…so disappointing…we took it to the store they gave me the money back. So it worked out…hopefully they pay more attention to what they have in the fridge and how long they have them there.

Stop at this location saturday, everything looks nice and clean, very organized in appearance and everything else. before paying for the bread asked an Employee for the bathroom, she just said NO. we don’t have a restroom, I’m an elderly person and use the restroom more often, got very disappointed with that. Bread was good, but not the best, pan de elite looks good, but no taste at all.

Best pastry in town, I visit the location at least twice a week. Unfortunately, when get home my three grand kids practice magic on me and make the pastry disappear before I have a chance to get a piece. Got to love them.

Totally LUV this bakery….so fresh and huge variety to choose from…….the conchas are soft but not tasty…. it’s missing something… employees are attentive and nice. On todays visit my curiosity urged me to ask. Do you really sell a lot of chocolate donuts. Employee answered very politely.. Yes … Thank you.

I visited the new location the one close to Denny’s. I was excited to go there based on the reviews. I bought conchas, pumpkin and pineable empanadas and the ginger bread.

I was disappointed with the conchas they were not sweet as I anticipated. They lacked sweetness and the texture of the bread was airy and dry. The pineapple empanadas the breading needed sugar and cinnamon. It has very little pineapple filling. There was alot of empanada bread but it was dry and not sweet. Mind you that the size of the bread are big. BUT the most important ingredient SUGAR is missing. I love SWEET BREAD. but I was not impressed with their bakery skills.

Management needs to train their employees to always talk positive about the place they work at. An employee there made a remark that eating to much bread was bad for you. Made us feel like putting back our bread.

I recommend the ham cheese croissant but unfortunately, they didn’t have any. The lady was very nice and told me politely that they would be done in 30 minutes.
