Ambiance: Small gem of a taco shop located at Louetta & Stuebner Airlines next to the gas station. Fast, amazing prices & delicious tacos! This is a great to-go spot! Limited seating inside.
La Regia is hands down one of our favorite breakfast taco & taco spots in town! Most tacos are $2-4 each, we love affordability. Great flavor! Love the flour tortillas. Quick & fast for pick up. They also have many other menu items, combos/sides, and drinks. Parking onsite – a bit busy at times with the gas station. Highly recommend! Add them to your must visit taco spots!

One bite of these breakfast tacos will have you forgetting every other life problem you have. These are by far the best I’ve ever had, the tortillas as homemade and practically melt in your mouth. I call my order in as I’m leaving my house and my order is usually ready in 10 mins or less. I’ve you’ve driven by here, just stop and try it.

Was looking online for some good tacos to eat for lunch and gave this place a try. I got one egg/potato taco and I was alright. The. I got 1 asado and 1 barbacoa taco on flour tortilla. They were both really good. 5 out of 5 for the lunch tacos. My wife tried the chicharrón taco and that was equally good. There salsa for the tacos I would like a little more kick to them. Red being the spiciest still didn’t give me the kick I was wanting. Overall really good food and service ,would come back if visiting Houston again.

Tried Out The Breakfast Tacos . Loved The Freshness of The Tortillas. They Are Made Fresh & From Scratch (Everything is). I Only Got Eggs & Potato on my Taco. They Come With a LITTLE Amount of Refried Beans on it Which I Feel Helped Add to The Taste. You Can Remove The Beans I Originally Asked if They Can Just Put Them on The Side But Went Ahead With Keeping Them on my Tacos Since I Like Refried Beans Lol. UPDATE #1 to response: She claimed they were about to lock the door, that’s a lie, I had 30 minutes before they closed. She did not have any gloves on nor her employee. I stand by everything I stated. Not only is she unsanitary, she is not a woman of integrity and honesty. I know what I saw. No employee should prepare anyone’s food without wearing gloves, its unsanitary and nasty.
The tacos are good but the staff is unsanitary. They prepare food with no gloves. This is my 2nd and last time patronizing this business. The 1st visit, im not sure if they were wearing gloves or not because I was in a rush and distracted. The 2nd visit,I noticed neither ladies were wearing gloves while preparing my food. I didn’t think they would cancel my order and refund me, therefore I didn’t bother to ask. The health department need surprise visits here. They should not be preparing food without wearing gloves, that’s very unsanitary. I also noticed the lady get the barbocoa meat from a plastic bag that was in a container of ice. Evidently at the end of the day, they store the meat not sold in a container of ice to possibly serve the next day. Serious food and health violations at this establishment and I will not be going back. I also will be reporting them.

This was a nice place to pick up and to go orders. Had limited seating. We had chorizo egg tacos, and barbocoa. Both were real good. Tortillas were fresh and good. Could be a little thicker to my liking, but gets the job done.

I can see why they have almost 5 stars! The tortillas, both corn and flour, were handmade and delicious. Definitely some of the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had. Service was quick and place was clean.

Love these ladies they are always soo nice. Have come here quite a few times over the years, unfortunately the portions on tacos are really small for the price, especially for breakfast tacos. I struggle to support because it is just too expensive for the portions. The food does taste very good, but I think the taco meat is prepared first and then reheated, sometimes it is not as fresh as other times.
