I was excited to find a ‘cemita’ so close to home. You can get a taste of Puebla MX right in Portland. Their cemitas are huge! Make sure you arrive hungry or you can also split it with someone else. You get the choice of ordering your cemita with jalapeño or chipotle. Chipotle is my personal favorite. BONUS: They even had champurrado available on a chilly day. This was a life saver because I had not properly layered up for the weather. I can’t wait to come back and try other items in their menu. I found out they have only been open for about a month. A great addition to the Cartlandia/Springwater food carts. I am always impressed with the selection of carts in this area.

My absolute FAVORITE taco place for a million reasons. One, the service here is absolutely amazing, the two women running this food cart are absolute sweethearts, and always talk with us & laugh with us, and never make us feel like we’re bothering them. Two, everything we have tried on the menu is absolutely amazing, the tacos and rice ESPECIALLY. We are going to come back as much as possible and try absolutely everything on the menu.
Thank you for all the good vibes !!
