This is the only lapop I go to in town, the staff is friendly welcoming and very efficient. I recommend calling in your order on weekends or if your getting a big order. The Ranchero sauce is to die for and I highly recommend the carne con chile.

Real damn delicious. My Abilene buddies have constantly hyped up this establishment multiple times, and I finally got a taste of La Pop. I ordered the puffy tacos with rice beans. Flavor Town, population: Joe Jr. Add some red salsa to intensify your meal. The rice was okay, but the beans were the cherry on top. I also had a side burrito that consisted of: bacon, potato, bean, & cheese. The bacon was crispy and the beans were as mentioned above!!

La Pop has some of the best breakfast burritos in town their tortillas are soft and always warm. They only have a few locations left which makes the lines incredibly long. If you have patience and are willing to wait upwards of 30 minutes some mornings then you won’t be disappointed. If you can’t handle the wait I would skip this specific location
