The food was delicious but the waiter got our order wrong (it was still delicious). The restaurant has a strange tipping policy, you can only leave tips in cash event of you pay by card. I paid in cash so I could get change for the tip but they wouldn’t want to give me smaller bills.

Wow! Pretty good Chiles en nogada (349 pesos- I was not able to order the medio for 209) here. This will be my go-to place for that. I don’t recommend the margarita- it was 100 pesos for such a small glass. Service was good. Quite a long wait to get in even at 3pm on a Tuesday.

If you are visiting Mexico and would like to have some great Mexican Cuisine be sure to visit. Saturday and Sundays usually full between 1430 – 1600 l. Sundays will sometimes have Mariachi music.

We personally have found that the best food sometimes is a “Hole in the wall” Having said that…the food is still very good, generous portions the tortillas are amazing. The issue this time was the waiter. Although he brought the food quickly, he seemed annoyed about having a large table,( pretty sure his 1st one) never came by the table without us having to call him! To take our order,drinks, food, or to check if anything was missing The only time he came, was to tell me that tip would be better in cash… I felt like saying: You might want to earn it first!

Really good mole and fair prices. The restaurant is very nice, much better than their old location, but the service tends to be pretty bad because they lack waiters and it is always busy. The vegetarian mole enchiladas are great!

Delicious and so friendly! I was curious about the different moles so they brought me a sample of each with tortillas to test them. The owner was also super warm and welcoming, told me about his story and shared the history of the different dishes.
