I’ve been to the Galleria Mall several times since I moved to Rock Hill but never tried Poblanitas. I’m so glad I did. The food is way above food court quality. I enjoyed it so much and the people there were very friendly. The guy there went out of his way to help me with my order. Didn’t expect that from a restaurant in the food court. THANK YOU! I will def be back.

I ordered some tacos and they gave me tortillas that were half frozen and they broke easily. I didnt tell them anything until the next time my wife ordered, when she was ordering she asked them nicely to warm the tortillas a little better , but when she got them there was a long piece of hair on the tacos and it looked like it was placed there on purpose. That is impossible not to see it, i called the manager, and they offered a free meal with my family but that isnt the point, the point is to have be clean and nice to the costumers, the lady that works there, she got so mad at me when i returned with the tacos, instead of apologizing for the incident, she just yelled at me like it was my fault. So i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I love the quesadillas here! As well as all the beverages. The person who gave bad rating is probably not used to Mexican food, Fajitas (if that’s what she/he meant) are a combination of chicken with peppers (and the other seasonings),of course there’s not going to be a lot of chicken. The food poisoning might be for the onions ( they cause gases).
Other than that, I love to go there after shopping because is fast and the food is really good. You have to go and see for yourself.

I eat here at least once every week and the food is delicious. Iv never had problem. Me and my 4yr old love the street corn and the sopes! They have great customer service too The guy that’s there always helps me with great choices when I want something different.

This place may not look like much given that it’s a food court mall restaurant, but don’t pass them up!! They have some of the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had and if you go on Tuesdays they are only $1! Totally worth the visit, the food is sooo good!! The employees are also really friendly and accommodating. Love this place!!

You wouldn’t expect food this fresh and delicious at a small Mall foodcourt, but I have ZERO things to say negative. Staff is very friendly and it is authentic Mexican food. 100% will be back and highly recommend!

This place is darn good. They are on par with experiences I have had eating in the South West. They are worth checking out. Be careful if you are sensitive to hot sauce some of the stuff they have is muy picante. This is also a gluten free heaven.

So bad. First time eatting here and the fatitas were all peppers hardly no chicken. Needless to say the chicken gave me food poison! I’ve never had food poison and it was the worse. Do not eat here.
