The food is good! Service:They should have at least 2 people helping with orders!.. The people that work there are always so nice ! The restaurant part is always so darn cold but it really brings you back to the Island of Puerto Rico the artwork on the wall are just beautiful.A must try

Not sure why this place getting such low reviews. I walked into this establishment and was taken care of nicely and swiftly. Most of the items looked good and the place was clean. It’s hard to get every food/dish to be perfect for customers and you can’t make everyone happy. My order was 8$ for a small fried shrimp with yellow rice. i’m pleased and will be back to try other items.

Very clean place the service was good and the food was delicious. I went for the mofongo and carne frita and more. Once you order you could sit down at the table section is on the side to your left and by the way the decoration makes you feel home very nice. Don’t go by the bad reviews go out and find out yourself.

Wasted $45 on food for me and my family. The food was not good, the porkchop I ordered was dry and over cooked, and MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! There was a very long piece of HAIR embedded in one of my pasteles!!!
I have a VIDEO where you can see how the hair was literally stuck inside of the pasteles, you can tell it was cooked into the food.
This is a total disappointment for me, Completely Unsanitary. I feel bad for complaining because they are so nice, but the quality of food was not there.
Their customer service was Wonderful. They are extremely friendly. I have ordered a few times from this company and the food has been good but it’s wasn’t today.
***Also, Bring Cash, because they don’t accept visa cards/credit cards so you will have to use their atm and rack up unnecessary Fees when you withdraw money from their atm, which is a big inconvenience for customers.
Please wear Hair nets, accept debit/credit cards, and improve the quality of your food. I am sad and very disappointed guys.

Went there today for the first time to try out their Relleno de papa and I’m so disappointed. All four of them are opened inside the bag.The meat is coming out and we aren’t eating them like. Also she told me they need to fry one more alcapurria and left it raw inside. I just wasted 25 dollars!

Solid spanish food I only go here to eat the mofongo I enjoy it every time because it’s always done fresh! And my husband likes the tostones locos he say’s they are good. Service has gotten better there’s no longer anyone in the dining room taking orders you can basically order and just sit down I think this is working out best for them.

The food here is amazing! We found it by accident while at the auto parks store and so happy we did. We both got a combo plate with stewed beef and rice and beans. Absolutely delicious, not greasy, and rice cooked perfectly. The employees were friendly and the restaurant was really clean.

Today, I went to this place for the first time. I am very disappointed the flavor of the food is not like that of a Puerto Rican cook, and I know this because I come from a family that had a farm and cooked delicious food every day. The yellow rice was disgusting, and the beans had no flavor. I think that the owners of this place do not care because they do not comment on all the negative comments that have been posted.The “pasteles” was old and dry see the attached picture. Never, never, never I will go to that place.

Ordered online through grubhub. This is what I got!!! The number is a no go it rungs, rings and rings and nobody ever gets it. Styrofoam people they use Styrofoam and paper to camouflage the use of it with a fried item!!! Never again do I waste my money in this place. Food flavor was NOT THE BEST EITHER
