The flavors are authentic and full of soul—everything is perfectly seasoned and clearly made with care. The mofongo was rich and flavorful, and the meats were tender and cooked to perfection. Wanted to try their food while at the brewery. Tuesday is taco special. Miguel took my order and was very helpful and friendly. We got skirt steak, fish and shrimp tacos. Miguel quickly brought out food out to us. Meat was done perfectly with a little chimichurri on top. Fish was grilled just right with a little sauteed onion and sauce on top. The shrimp taco was also excellent. Good value for the money. Smiling, friendly help. Delicious! Great job

I had an absolutely amazing experience at La Playa! Love that they’re at Swamp Cat. The empanadas were hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. I tried the pork, and it was incredibly juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned … the every bite was packed with deliciousness.
What really impressed me was the variety. From their savory stuffed plantains to the freshly made arepas, everything tasted authentic and made with care.

Located at the swamp cat brewery, this fusion restaurant offers many options. We opted for the sliders and fries. The buffalo chicken sliders are real chicken and the cheeseburger ones were real ground beerlf. We didnt care for the pulled pork so much. The fries had the perfect crunch and softness potato filling you crave in a fry. Only downside for us was the wait. There was no one at the register so we scanned the QR code to placed our order. It said 20 min for our order to be ready. There were a few people that came in 10 min after us and placed their orders with someone at the counter. After 30 min we were told they were just putting on the chicken. It was a bit disappointing because the few that played their order 10 in after us had there food completed before ours. I will say, despite the wait the food was good and pricing was average for the area.

The flatbread pizza we ordered from La Playa was excellent. La Playa is one of the food vendors at Swamp Cat Brewing, with their own kitchen along the outside “food hall” connected to the brewery. Pizza and beer is the classic combination. Good Pizza can make the beer taste better and of course, good beer always makes pizza taste better! The pizza from La Playa did not take long to prepare and looked amazing when it was ready. It tasted just as good as it looked, too. We were glad we picked La Playa and will do the same next time we crave some flat bread pizza at this great little brewery.

We stumbled upon this place by accident and thank goodness we did!! The food was soooo yummy. The mofongo bowls are flavorful and the “limbers” too. The service was excellent… the family that works there were very kind and humble. We will definitely be returning to this place.

The food comes out fresh and hot. We had the mofongo bowl with fried pork chuck, the taco of shrimp, skirt steak and pork shoulder and the stuff platanos of skirt steak. Everything was delicious. Hands down will be coming back. AND the little stand looks very clean.

Stopped by the brewery during the week with some friends and the beers are real good! As for food, They ordered at La Playa 787 and I got to try some of their dishes hoping to get my own…. Glad I didn’t.
Didn’t really care for the food honestly! I was perplexed because they have such sparkling reviews… but oh well!
The tostones were overcooked and stale ( probably frozen) and they tasted of old frying oil. Yuck. The group tried the ceviche, mofongo and other dishes but none really stood out honestly. Overall the brewery was great but the food was underwhelming and overrated.
