Meat was so fresh and tender!

Deserts would give 3 stars because they look better than they taste, however was not enough to decrease the overall experience rate.

We had a lovely 3 course meal for two for £93 including service charge. Everything was absolutely delicious, they’ve managed to elevate classic Argentinian dishes that I’ve had countless times in Argentina, honestly as good if not better than the real thing.. Additionally the service was amazing, super friendly. Overall extremely happy, and very happy with the price.

Popped in for a late lunch last week with a couple of friends- although I’ve been to La Plata a few times now, the food and service never falls short of excellent.
2 of my party had the lunch deal of steak and fries for £13, I like my steak rare and it would cooked to perfect! My 3rd friend had a steak sandwich which was so loaded with steak she could barely see the bread!
(I also enjoyed that the Diet Coke came in a glass bottle and not out of a tap)
I’m already excited for my next trip- Thanks La Plata team!

Went there for my birthday meal with my wife and son we all had ribeye I went for the large ribeye cost me £36 only to my disappointment 30% of it was grissel only eat 70% of it and the pepper corn sauce was like milk . Tried to complain about it. They weren’t interested. Paid my £150 and certainly won’t be going back

My dining experience consisted of being greeted and seated by an attentive server, who took my order and ensured I was well catered for. The steak luncheon I had was cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely divine.
La Plata Steakhouse is situated in a great part of London, run by polite and friendly staff, and is definitely a place I will be revisiting in the near future.

La Plata is a fantastic local, family-oriented steakhouse. Warm, welcoming atmosphere and top-quality steaks cooked perfectly. The sides were fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. You can tell Martin and team take huge pride in their food and guests. A true local gem we continue to return to over and over again!

Best steak restourant in London for sure. They are bringing the same meat from Argentina just like the expensive restourants and the cook is awesome. Try medium rare and was very happy of everything. Starters were also amazing, especially chorizon and empanadas. We meet the owner family and we meet Joe. They are so kind and lovely people. The only bad thing was for me to finish the meal and to be full
You may need to make a reservation before you go. The place is not that big but you will taste the best steak ever in Europe for sure.

Absolutely loved this little gem in Sheen! It’s a small Argentinian restaurant with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The food was top quality everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was excellent too: friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for something special!
