Tiny spot. Looks like the kind of place that’s been holding Borger, TX together with tortillas and strong coffee since the dawn of time. Mural on the wall, wooden tables, and that classic mom-and-pop warmth that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into someone’s kitchen. Menu’s tight—just a handful of breakfast and lunch items, no unnecessary fluff. I respect that. I go for the combination breakfast plate. Now, the wait? Longer than I’d like. Not unbearable, but definitely noticeable. Turns out every construction worker within a 20-mile radius was in on the secret and had already called in their orders.
