Don’t eat here! There are far better options across the street. Literally. Cross the road. Risk the traffic. It’s worth it. We came in because of the 4+ star rating (rookie mistake) … and left wondering how that’s even possible.
The pizza base had the structural integrity and flavor profile of cardboard. Honestly, if you blindfolded me, I might’ve asked for marinara dipping sauce for my Amazon Prime box.
The sauce lacked the Indian punch and toppings were so sparse you could count them without trying. Everything screamed “cheap ingredients.” I won’t be wrong to say that it tasted like they Googled “How to reduce food cost to 200% profit margin” and committed fully.
To make it WORSE, I had severe acid reflux and a bad stomach for two days after. I am never coming back.
Those glowing 5-star reviews? “Great ambiance.” “Amazing authentic flavor.” Authentic to what? Regret?
Save your money. Cross the street.
Having a small pizza place and somewhat difficult to find a parking lot wouldn’t encourage me to leave a negative reviews because after all this is JERSEY CITY.
Thanks for your service!!
I was really looking forward to this place opening nearby after seeing those social media reels with fluffy, stretchy, toppings dropping cheese-pull pizzas. Reality check: what you get is standard NY-style flat-base pizza. Disappointing? Absolutely, especially when you’re expecting what you saw in the reels.
That said, the flavors are legitimately good. The Large Paneer Tikka pizza had good Indian flavors and tasted much better than I expected given my initial letdown. The Sweet Corn & Jalapenos with Jamaican Jerk Stuffed Garlic Bread(was spicy, but we loved it) and Classic Garlic Bread Sticks were both very good and as expected.
Bottom line: if you walk in expecting what they show online, you’ll be VERY disappointed. If you manage your expectations and just want decent Indian-flavored pizza, it’s just fine!
Reminded me of back home.
Can’t wait to come back
Service was fast and Staff is very Humble.
Also, if you’ve seen the so-called food bloggers’ reels or promotional videos online, be prepared to place your order in the morning for dinner. Those bloggers clearly visit during non-rush hours and create misleading expectations. The reality is completely different.
We placed our order at 8:40 PM and waited over 40 minutes for pickup. I was physically in the store with my 2-year-old child. When I asked multiple times about the delay, the cashier kept saying “5 more minutes.” When I requested cancellation because they clearly couldn’t fulfill it on time, he refused and just kept telling us to wait (5 more minutes)
Eventually, I left without taking the order yet the app shows my order as “ready for pickup.” How is that even acceptable?

Very disappointing experience.
