I was craving a breakfast burrito, and this place was only 5 minutes away. The service was really nice, there was a sweet young lady who took my order, and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. While it was cooking, it smelled amazing.
They gave me two sauces (one red and one green) along with napkins without me even asking, which I appreciated. The burrito was already cut in half, which was a pleasant surprise, and it was big! I don’t have a huge appetite, so I saved half for later, but it’s definitely big enough to share.
The burrito was hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s not your typical breakfast burrito, it had beans, potatoes, and I think even some chorizo. Another surprise was that they also sell paletas (Mexican popsicles) and other treats, which makes me want to come back and try more.
Overall, I was really happy I found this spot, and I’ll definitely be returning now that I know it’s nearby.

This is the second time coming to this location. It is in the shopping center close by the CC Ballroom events. We have only came for breakfast and next time will be for the lunch. They serve a large variety of authentic Mexican food and also have fresh fruits and ice cream. They always greet you as soon as you walk in. The entire team is super nice. Food was amazing.

What a gem! From the food to the people, this restaurant has it all. A friend and I are always looking for a good plate of chilaquiles and this one is . Fyi, the refried beans are veggie friendly so vegetarians rejoice and enjoy! So flavorful and a large portion!
We also ordered horchata and jamaica auga frescas which so delicious and refreshing. The fresas con creama are light and fresh and the jello cups are a great light dessert if you are looking for something that isn’t too sweet.
The impression you get when you walk into the store feels so fun and you just know the food is gonna be amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I can’t believe I didn’t come try this place sooner because I’ve been missing out. Come support this lovely restaurant. I’ll be back!

A frequented go-to whenever we are near the Garland area. La Pinita has some of the best authentic style food around and their customer service is not only outstanding but what others should model after. They clearly care about their customers, it shows, and one of the many reasons why we continue to come back. The tortas are without question the best we have found anywhere nearby. Everything has a hefty portion and is authentic down to the desserts. Could not recommend more highly – see you again soon La Pinita!

Amazing staff! Great cooks the food is hand made and great taste! Definitely recommend. There aguas are really good and price of good is affordable. Some things have changed on their desert side but over all definitely recommend coming here!

The food there is good, especially the taco platter. It was $10.99 for 3 tacos with a side of rice and beans. The only downside was that the large drink was a bit expensive (large horchata was $4.19) and the music was a bit loud (although music selection was nice). And the parking lot was a bit cluttered although thats not their fault as they sharevthe parking with other stores. They also had coloring sheets for kids as you wait for your order and the staff was very nice. Definitely would come back because of the staff and food.

Excellent, fresh, and delicious! La Piñita has friendly and attentive service, a clean atmosphere, and most importantly, the food is beyond good! The fact that they use homemade corn tortillas makes it all the more flavorful. We had the honor to try breakfast tacos and a bowl of the freshest mango I have ever had. The egg and potato, egg and bacon, and egg and chorizo are by far the BEST breakfast tacos I have ever had! And the coffee? So good! Perfect with the tacos. I am coming tomorrow to get more and try more from their menu! If you are close by, definitely stop by for a bite; you won’t regret it.
