I don’t really do any reviews but this food truck is serving great Spanish cuisine. It may be a wait since it’s a small operation but it is WELL worth it, I promise. I had the yaroa with maduros, a personal fritura platter with carnitas de cerdo/longaniza with papas fritas. Everything was made with care. High quality and freshness. Nothing was over fried, overly salty, and there was no taste of old cooking oil. A restaurant worthy experience with affordability and just overall amazing food. Support them!

The best empanadas in the valley,and I’ve tried them everywhere, the spicy fried chicken sandwich was very good, not too spicy but great flavor, and my Cuban sandwich was just as good as when I was in Miami !! Will definitely go back !!
