You don’t get greeted once you arrive, the burgers have good flavor but one burger patty was raw, super greasy which made the bread soggy. We asked if they were burger patties or Picanah strips their answer was no they’re not patties it’s Picanah… they were patties. The cachapa has Parmesan cheese (I’ve never had it that way) wasn’t a fan of the flavor.

Saturday 17th, around 7pm, I did call several times to place to order. Nobody ever answered. When I got to the location, to get a Picaña Burger, which is one of the star dishes, they didn’t have any Picaña at all. The guy working that day, didn’t have a good attitude. I did order a regular burger. When I got home, the burger didn’t have any vegetables or cheese, it was just the bread and the beef. After a few bites, I throw it away. It was disgusting, undercooked, and very bad presentation. It is ashamed, that this food truck lower their quality and service. I have been in other of their locations, and I never had a problem. I’m not a the complaint type, but this time, I have to share this experience with everyone else. I will never go back to this place.

I have ate at others Picanas Grill location and sincerely no one bet this place. Attention is excepcional, food cannot be better and service superseded all my expectations. Special recognition to Ingrid, which is always willing to provided an excellent services. Congratulations to her!!!!

Betania and Ingrid were great!! We’ve heard a lot of positive things about this food truck so we had a free day and decided to drop by. When we approached the window they were smiling and waiting to greet us, they were patient while we looked through the menu and took our order quickly. Food was ready in about 10 minutes, overall good experience with customer service and food quality, will be back!
